Lousy service!!! We ordered a locking storage cabinet. First cabinet arrived damaged. We called and filed a complaint, and they agreed to have the damaged cabinet picked up the following day and a new one delivered at the same time. They didnt live up to their commitment. I called at 3:30 on the day the new one was to arrive, and was told it was on the truck and was out for delivery. At 4:35pm - still no show. So, I called again - and this time they checked with the warehouse - who checked with the driver - who relayed that he would not be able to deliver it today, and indicated it would be the next day. Unfortunately - they cannot say what time the next day - just sometime. Lousy service!!! And, this is the company who is buying Office Depot - who recently bought Office Max? Really? The future doesnt look bright for office supplies!!!

Just bought the Xoom tablet, wifi from STAPLES a couple weeks ago. Ive never bought a computer from STAPLES and never will again. The Xoom was a little buggy out of the box, but when if finally froze up, I took it back and was told "you need to get on the phone with Motorola and be diligent with them" to get it fixed. Remind me not to purchase any equipment from STAPLES again. They dont seem very interested in customer service. I would have at least expected some help with getting Motorola to look into the problem further. I want my money back!

I walked in this store to purchase a kindle fire, ink, and a calendar.....when I walked in, there was a guy setting up the display for the Kindle fire....I asked him if they were sold out, he laughed at me....went to get ink and then calendar and came back to front to get the kindle....the guy totally ignored me that was setting up kindle display earlier......no one else around????Where is everyone??? An assistant manager showed up to help me....what a goof! Finally got out of there wondering how this store stays in business!

Very impressed with Blake who works in the print and shipping area. Very helpful and personable really shows that he cares about helping people. Its always a challenge to keep good people hope you do what it takes to keep Blake. I can use the new website to create business cards on demand and I find it user friendly especially when you want to test a concept not print a lot of cards. They continue to impress me with fast and friendly service. If Blake is not there, ask for Kimberly. Great team at this store

I go here a lot and the staff at the printing center have no customer service skills. They dont do a good job of acknowledging customers or workinh in a timely manner. I have had a couple of good experiences with cashiers but unfortunately most of what I do is with the printing centsr. Wish I didnt have to go here at all, I go to fedex kinkos whenever I can.

We usually have really good experiences at this print center, but not this time. We had to have a reprint on a poster. Yolanda said it would be only 20 minutes. We came back an hour later and she had not cut it yet. She also bent another customers poster several times trying to move it so she could cut ours, and then asked me if I could move it for her.

Claims they will price match to Amazon but when you actually try to price match a product they will decline it regardless of what they claim. According to a store associate they will only go down by $10 to price match so its not even a true price match. They also wont even match a price when the manufacturer sells the same exact product for less.

Ordered business cards from here even after reading the bad reviews. Im glad i did because this store is full of great helpful people. when i asked why they had bad reviews they told me the store is under new management and has new employees running it. If you need anything in your office this is the place to go. fast and friendly service.

Ive been doing my own business cards for a long time. But recently I was introduced to Business Cards in Minutes at Staples. It took them less than an hour to do my cards, and they looked way better than my own attempts at printing, and they did all the work of cutting and making sure everything was aligned. Thanks Staples Copy Center!

Terrible customer service. Very slow. Do not answer the phone. Sat on phone waiting for someone to answer for 15 min. Went ahead and drove to store where I waited forever for someone to help me. While waited I listened to the intercom repeat over and over again that there were calls waiting. This place sucks.

Went in to print wedding invitations and was a little unsure of what I was doing. Jake, in the printing department, was incredibly helpful and supportive. I absolutely recommend taking invitations there and I am extremely grateful for all of his help - especially given that it was on a very busy Saturday!

Went in to mail off a return package from ebay and the customer service person helping me was in fact an ebay seller and he helped me out alot. Was able to ship package via UPS and getting a tracking label. Great customer service on that mans part! In case you didnt know, you can ship UPS or USPS from here!

Went to grab a couple hard drives. They have display boxes here instead of the actual items. I picked out two different drives and of course neither of them were in stock. Thats the problem with having empty displays instead of actual inventory!! Waste of my time. Thank god for Amazon.

I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 72 minutes just trying to find out if they have gotten my online print order! This place is unbelievable! Never seen such unorganization in my life. Maybe if they hired people who actually cared then they might give some decent service. Where is the management!

The print shop seems to be their bread and butter, yet it is never properly staffed. Long lines, endless wait times on the phone. Usually just one poor guy or girl back there with a "deer in headlights" look on their face. Do yourself a favor and take your print jobs elsewhere.

We were looking for an inexpensive desk but most of them didnt have prices. When we finally got someone to check prices for us and picked a desk it took forever to get checked out even though there were only a couple people in line and no one had very much to buy.

Id give this copy center 0 stars if possible. Screwed up a print job twice and then didnt have the file. Found that out after waiting for the manager who was too busy scanning Barcodes on the shelf first. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
