Well I gave Walmart another shot at an oil change and once again they fail. If you think your getting a deal with upsizing the oil change think again. What they say they do is not what they do. I wont trust them again. Supposedly with the upsale you get so much more, like fluid checks and filter checks, vacuum the carpet and what ever else he was running off the mouth about so fast I missed half. But I thought what the heck I need my fluids and filters checked. So I fell for the upsale. Fairly new car with 30000 miles didnt need to go too far up but anyway. I was nice and polite with the 1st few things I noticed that were wrong. Like when they say they are cleaning your windshield realize its the outside window and when its raining its hard to tell they did clean it... So guess what they didnt... I didnt catch that till i got home and the windows were dry since it had quit raining. Clean the carpet.... I made them do that again cause it was a quick catch. They didnt reset the oil usage warning light but they did show me how after I asked why it wasnt done. Red fluid on the fender of my car had to make them wipe that off... said it was grease from down below. I cant say one way or another about that. Said they checked the fluids and the filters but the air filter hadnt been touched because the only fingerprints in the dust on the cover are mine. Fluid low on trans but did they tell me that???? NOPE. I just hope they really changed the oil filter since he mentioned it was hard to get to,,, looks like it may be new but at this point I dont trust anything. Coolant level is low but Ill have to check with my son to see how low it should be before you add to it, this Im not sure of. All in all a shoddy job. Ill do it my self next time and know its done right. Waste of my time and money. Oh and I didnt bother to contact the manager because it wouldnt matter. Walmart has flunkies doing their work and I should have realized that from the 1st time I went there and not thought "well maybe these guys care about what they do". NOPE same shi* different day. I might be a woman and you think you got one over on me and in a way you did. But women talk when things dont measure up and they dont come back again. Matter of fact I think Im done with this whole store.... its really gone down hill.

The girl in the Subway is never there; shes running around in the store shopping. Shell come back with bags. And then her friends come to see her and she takes off with them. The Subway isnt affiliated with Walmart, I understand. There are a lot of products they dont carry. Last time I was there, the csm sent me to a register on the other side of the store from where I was parked, said you will get through here quicker. The cashier was complaining when other employees walked past about being on the register. They told her three things to do, she said. The register ran out of tape so she asked a cashier on the next register to help her. I had to wait until she waited on all the people in her lane. She went to cust svc desk and got a roll and my cashier put it on. Why couldnt my cashier go to the customer service desk? So much for a quicker checkout. I had ice cream and frozen pizza and it was hot outside. Next time, Ill stay right where Im at.

Worst frigging Walmart I have ever been to and Ive been to quite a few as a TruckDriver from one side of country to the other. Basically have a whole lot of nothing. Every isle in the food section has empty spaces from being out of items, fairly common stuff to. It looks almost like they tried to squeeze a Super Walmart into a standard size store. Even just to navigate around the store is confusing Ive never felt so lost inside of a chain store that is normally all set up the same. This place is just horrible. Female cashier was even flirting with me as my fiancé and I were checking out. The only thing worst than the store and employees are some of the patrons. I would rather drive the extra miles and go to either Georgetown or Florence. I will never go back!!

I cannot believe this place even has a tire & lube, they dont have a clue what they are doing!!! They couldnt even figure out how to put a window up, the guy thought it was broken so he just parked it outside in the rain with the window down., how the hell do you not know how to pull on a button?! That was after they did the wrong oil change on the car, if a car has 49 thousand miles and you are doing a high milage oil change wouldnt you question that someone put the wrong information in the computer before you did it. That is only a small part of it, hell they tried arguing that we didnt know what car was ours!! Why are these people working there.

Seems to be difficult to find an employee with enough knowledge to help with simple questions. I went there looking for shop towels (roll of blue disposable thick paper towels) but couldnt find any one in the automotive Dept. I walked to the next Dept and same problem. Finally went back to where I thought I might find the towels, and found an employee an isle over stocking shelves. He responds with "those are probably with toilet paper and stuff". This let me know that he didnt listen to what I was asking for, and only caught part of what I said. I found the towels in the same isle that employee was stocking shelves in, about 10 feet away.

I can not buy produce here, no one can. Between the gnats breeding in the boxes of food and the old/unreplaced/rotting or bruised produce in the containers its clear they care more for the money than the customers they serve. Ive gotten ALOT of bad food here. Lettus, salads, many rypes of berries, even pepperoni. It is so bad that a worker there told me to put a salad back down because i may get sick, they made her reuse what was in yesterdays pack and she will tell everyone that she can to not purchase them becausw its a health hazard.

Waited with another customer for about 20mins in the car maintenance department. Only one worker and didnt seem to knowledgeable or helpful. The other customer had to Google where to locate something on his truck for the guy to inspect it. Paint department friendly. I havent used my paint yet; will update if mixed correctly because had to mix my paint a few times to try and get a similar color to what I requested.

Its a super-center and the only grocery store in the county other than Save A Lot and everybody goes and gets their groceries there and it takes forever to check out because they only open 3 registers and the lines to check out are lined up to the aisle with candy and gum on it. Also they tend to run out of food and not replace them quick enough. Was out of frozen Skyline Chili forever.
