Just remember this is not the same as the Sprint store in Florence. They are an authorized Sprint retailer. I went there to activate service on an unlocked phone. They could not get it activated and claimed the phone was locked. I suggested they insert the SIM card but they didnt want to do that. After a phone call to my current carrier and to Motorola, I confirmed that you must insert the SIM card first and then you can get the information that is needed to activate the phone. It was obvious that the staff at this location was very unhappy with the poor support they receive from management. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Sprint store in Florence.

I loved the courteous and knowledgeable staff. The manager Frankie did a terrific job in helping us to get the best deals. The store was clean and orderly and I will most definitely be coming back.
