I dealt with them a few years ago and it was freaking ridiculous. Everybody deserves a second chance?? I tried again this year and its still ridiculous. I call and spoke with Bre who called around to different stores to find me a twin over full bunkbed. She informed me she found me one. I got to the store to do paperwork only to find out that she didnt find me a Bunkbed. Like why didnt yall call before i came in. So another sale reps called around and found me one. I wait around for a delivery and 6:30 came no delivery. I called and Bre asked if I could wait till tomorrow. I told her no because I already threw away my kids bed. She said she would get it here. Then i get another call from the store manager informing me that the bed they had was not a twin over full. I told him thats not what i ordered. He told me he would call me back after he call around to find me one. Never received a call and never received my bunk bed. My kids had to sleep on the floor. Thanks for nothing rent a center. I will be getting a refund when they open and never dealing with them again.

These people at this location were amazing. I had a terrible experience at the Aarons Rental in East Point. They made me forget about them in a flash! I picked out a sofa and loveseat. They gave me a discount because it was previously rented and they delivered it the next day! They were also all very friendly! If you want to be treated with respect and from a staff that makes you feel like they appreciate your business, then this is the place to go!

I honestly would give them the negative sign if it were an option. Me first experience with these guys has been awful. I wasnt able to work due to their nonchalant timing. My Delivery time was set for early In the day and so happens 5 hours later no furniture and they are closed no furniture.
