I usually can find everything I need here. The prices are good, too. It can be messy at times, also.. Ive dealt with many rude and unprofessional employees at this store from the young, black female pharmacist to customer service and a couple of managers. Just the other day the people greeter ignored me for a solid 5 minutes while he chatted up the gals in the salon. I finally had to say "excuse me" to get him to stop talking. He was well aware i was standing there waiting for him. Horrible customer service, to say the least! There is a serious lack of attention to gathering, charging and maintaining the motorized wheelchairs. Ive observed on more than one occasion while associates watch with apprehension as customers drive these carts out the door and across the parking lot! I believe for fear of a confrontation. Some ride out and theres no one working the door to confront them. This should not be. They should be apprehended at the door and, perhaps, offered assistance but not allowed to blatantly disregard the signage that clearly states not to remove these from the building. Meanwhile, others are waiting and being inconvenienced. I do not have this issue at any other Walmart or other local grocery stores. It has been my observation that the greeters fail miserably in this area, as well, as the employees who round up the "regular"grocery carts outside. They ignore the motorized carts that have been taken out. So its a real hassle practically every time I shop to get a motorized cart. The greeters need to KNOW that part of their job is to stop people from riding these carts right out the door. The outside workers should also be aware that they need to gather any carts that got past the door greeters/monitors/checkers. Ive witnessed some bully type activity from customers towards some of these employees. Perhaps, Walmart should consider having security/police for a time front & center at the exits to help execute proper decorum concerning this issue. It is the start to my shopping trip so depending on the severity/inconvenience of acquiring a mobile cart it can really be a downer starting out. I spoke with a manager months back and nothing has changed. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

The assistant manager Kevin and dept. Manager Maggie were great but walmart transfered both of them and I have had nothing but problems since. I have been a loyal customer to this store for over 4 years I am in there daily, since they switched managers they have not been keeping my products in stock I talked to the dept. Manager 2 weeks ago he said he would but never ordered them and didnt even check what they have in stock either. While customer service rep. Quinton was actually trying to help me and see itll they were order a rude manager Ariana came over and tried to lie to me about how the ordered the product when I told her I new she was not telling the truth she the said well we dont have it all we can do is say sorry for the inconvenience not check to see if they are in stock, not check to see if they were ordered, not to try to order them or correct the problem at all I dont know what kind of customer service or management skills or style that is but she should not have her job. She wanted to do nothing but brush me off and nothing to fix the issue not only should she not be a manager she should not be in custom service at all.

DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT have your oil changed here! I left my car there at the advice of the attendant to have my oil changed. After three hours I returned and was told that I was good to go. When I reached my home which was almost 12 miles away, the oil light came on! Yeah, you guest it. There was absolutely NO oil in my car. All of it had been drained and was not replaced. After contacting the store manager, the department manager and a tech were sent out. At first they insisted that there was a leak although my driveway did not have a single oil spot. Then finally they decided to put in oil only to see that there was no leak. They apologized and told me that they would review the video to see what happened once they returned to the store. Its been two weeks and I havent heard anything more from the department or store manager. So if you want to wait hours to be served then lied to, pay for a service that you didnt recievie and risk the chance of having to buy a new motor only to have them come out to your home and blow you off again, then I suggest you have you oil changed there!

I went in for a leak in my tire and was turned away because the tech said the compressor was not working to repair it. I said i would just buy new tires , he then said that there were 3 cars ahead of me that they wanted to get out of there before they closed. it was 4 pm and the sign said they closed at 7pm. My tire was low and he told me to go to Douglaville wal mart because they are open until 8. i decided to put air in the tire and wait til the next day. I came back and was turned away again because they said it was too close to closing time, even though it was 4pm . I finally just went to pepboys and they fixed it with no problem, althought the tire had a second nail in it, and i had to return to pepboys they fixed it a second time for no charge. Bottom line walmart techs lie to get out of work and on top of that they dont do a good job at tire and oil service. Just save yourself a headache and go to the pros.

I returned an item I purchased online to the Lithia Springs Walmart. I had the individual working at the Customer Service desk place the refund on the gift card that I used to purchased the item with. This was a huge mistake. When I went to use the card a few months later, I found out all but $1.42 was used. I talked the CS rep at Walmart Corp. and told them that only two people had access to the card and the pin, me and the individual working at the CS desk at the Lithia Springs store. Unfortunately, I lost the amount on the gift card, since Walmart policy is to treat gift cards as cash. Since that time, I refuse to go near that location. I have a problem associating with thieves and unethical people. Lesson learned, if you going to return an item to a store have them give you cash or a new gift card.

I dont walk into Walmart with high expectations but this was by far the worst Walmart Ive been to. The customers showed little respect for anyone, the shelves were destroyed in many parts, and someone walked off with my cart with all of my items. The worst part was checkout. Several lanes were lit up with no cashier in sight. No one came to turn them off. My cashier completely ignored me and carried on a conversation with another employee in which she frequently stopped ringing items to pay more attention to her. Other customers were waiting in line. The girl she was talking to had ZERO bag training and I had to redo everything. After my payment went through, they stood there still talking and I literally had to interrupt them so I could get my receipt and leave that hellhole. Avoid at all costs.
