The management at this gamestop is very disrespectful condescending and very discriminatory. I went there last night to trade in two games,(two of the same games btw) Carlo the manager told me at first that could not trade in both copies of the game on the same transaction and i accepted that. Then after the first trade he told me that he was suspicious of me and that he could not buy the game from me because my friend handed me the game in the store and that i had to walk in the store with in my hand then he went on to say that its store policy and that it was on the back of the receipt (which it wasnt) and posted in the store (which it wasnt). So i left and came back 30 mins later my firend that handed me the game the first time tried to trade it in. Then some ugly bald white guy with glasses claiming to be the supreme authority of the credibility that my game was stolen and that it was store policy and ga law that he could not buy my game cuz it was stolen.... NONE OF MY GAMES WERE STOLEN I WAS A BLACK AND THATS Y THEY WERE SO RUDE TO ME , i told him that this isnt good customer service and he would not even answer any of my questions before threatening me with calling the police. They were also very unhelpful to another customer who had a problem with something she purchased and caught attitude with her. Carlo and his management style is terrible , bad customer service bad communication skills and lies straight from his mouth about store policy. I go into the store for help not to be accused of being a criminal. GO TO THE GAMESTOP IN ARBOR PLACE ITS 15M MINS AWAY FROM HIRAM AND YOU WONT BE ACCUSED OF STEALING IF YO WANT TO TRADE IN TWO OF THE SAME GAME ....II told the manager i would write a bad review and he told go ahead and that he did not care well now its here buddy

Duplicitous Business Model. I was overcharged for a controller. When I took it back to the store, they "refunded" me for the entire amount and recharged me the correct price. However, I paid cash for this item and did not receive the refund in cash. I have no idea what happened to my money because as of now, Ive paid for a controller twice and I dont even own it. Furthermore, the membership fee for the PowerUpRewards was misquoted. I was told it was $7.95 but they charged me $15.00 for it. When I questioned the discrepancy I was given a flippant answer and was told the membership was not refundable and it had literally been 5 minutes since I purchased it. So, they definitely got took advantage of me. I left the store with a $15 membership I cant use (because I refuse to shop their again) and $21.38 poorer because of the mishandling of the controller refund. They also kept my original receipts and now I have no way of showing their duplicity.

I was very satisfied. I had a lot of pre owned games and accessories and a games system, that got me a lot more store credit than I expected. Pre ordered all the games I wanted for the year with enough store credit left over to buy another game if I wanted. The line was not very long and moved swiftly. I was taken care of quite swiftly as well. The store associate told me about the promotions going on at the time which I was able to take advantage of and saved quite a bit of money. A lot of my games were taken for a good price. I will definitely come here from now on for all of my gaming needs.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this store. A complete waste of time picking out three games only to be told that they didnt have one of the ones I picked. Which was fine at first so I went back and picked out another one but when I went back to the counter it turns out both the one I had JUST picked and one that I picked earlier were out of stock. All three of those game were still on display even though they werent in stock. I will not be returning to this store or going to any other Gamestop ever again.

Has great selection of games and the staff is polite. The store tends to be packed most times and the wait in line is noticeable. The long lines seem to be because the area is so busy and there isnt much options for gamers in Paulding county.

They have games on the shelf that are not in stock. Out of four games I picked they only had one of them. Did not make purchase. Will not return to another game stop. Take games not in stock off your shelves. :)

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. You can bring in old items and trade them for cash or store credit. The store always has the newest games and they even carry lots of collectibles now.
