Ive never seen a store run like this one. Absolutely chaotic and ridiculous. Most every employee is RUDE as all get out. This store is bad even for Walmart standards, which obviously arent high to begin with. I ordered a play kitchen online on November 28th (Cyber Monday) and the status was stuck in "Processing" for forever when it was supposed to be same day pick up. I never got an email confirming it was ready for pickup. Called a few times and was told they had my order but that it was up high and needed to be processed still but I was ensured it was there and that Id receive an email in a few days to pick up. I finally showed up in person on December 19th, 21 days later and was told my order "expired" and was sent back to the warehouse. I asked to speak with the employee that ensured me that my order was there. It took a half hour for the employee to come speak with me and she said it was definitely there she just needed to locate it. Finally, after waiting a total of an hour and a half, she admitted that my order had been moved onto the floor and "probably" taken by another customer. The only resolution I was offered was to cancel my order and theyd provide me with a gift card to cover rush shipping so that I could re-order and receive by Christmas. I inquired about covering the difference in price, considering I originally purchased the kitchen on Cyber Monday at a discount. They upped the offer a little bit but still not enough to cover the loss completely and the fact of the matter is I paid Walmart $20 over this whole scenario. $20 to screw up my order, and be a huge pain in the ass. I re-ordered the kitchen on Dec 19th, rush shipping at $30. I just checked the status and again, its still stuck in "Processing" when its supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I have no faith that this will be delivered by Christmas and I am unable to find this kitchen anywhere. Im so beyond annoyed at this point, if I could rate 0 stars, I would.

11/15/16- 11/17/16 Giving them one star is generous enough. No one seems to want to answer the customer service phone and when they do they take you through obstacles to connect to the right department. Tuesday evening, I purchased my items at self checkout. I was prompted for cash back but I forgot it at the machine. Wednesday morning, when I called Customer Service they transferred me to Accounting, in which I was on hold for 15 minutes. I understand the high volume of customers due to the Holidays approaching so I decided to drive to this location after work. I spoke with an associate and she informed me that Iyanda ( Manager) could help me the next day. She advised me to call before 2 p.m. Well, today is Thursday (2 WHOLE days later). I called and was transferred to accounting. Based on my experience with them yesterday, accounting never answers the phone (No surprise there.) So my call was re-routed to SM or whatever they call themselves. No help at all and very unprofessional. Now Im being told to call back in an hour because accounting is off at lunch. Its funny how they have no problem taking my money but when Im requesting my cash back be found, no one seems to want to help. If this issue doesnt warrant a resolution I will be contacting my bank. I have proof: My receipt! Not to mention how this shitland of a Walmart doesnt want to check the security cameras. I probably should have raised hell, seeing as Im being given the runaround.

I went to Walmart one evening, while I was in the store my vehicles was being broken into. I was in the store for a long period Because there was nobody at the register for more than 30 minutes. When I finally paid for my purchase and went out to my car it was broken into it. car stereo and all my belongings were stolen. I went back in to the store to find the manager, she came back out to look for the security he was nowhere to be found, later we found that he was in the back of the building sleeping. The police came out to fingerprint my vehicle and ask for a copy of the CCTV. When detective came out to get a copy of it, it came up missing. When the detective asked for an another copy the server was accidentally wiped clean. I spoken to the manager and the district manager and ask will they replace the item that was stolen from my car they stated no! they will not since it happened on their property.

poor. the lines were backed up, only two registers open, one if which the cashier had cut his light of he was already 45 minutes over his shift. to make matters wirse there were two managers standing by the self checkout discussing what happened Friday and Saturday. when customers started complaining, another cashier came from the back and got on another register. the guy that was suppose to be off told her she needed to get his register because he was way past his shift. she ignored him and got on the other register anyway. well when I left management was still gossiping in the same place. the only reason i rated this a two is because of the guy that checked me out. he was dilligent and nice inspite of poor management and poor attitude from his co worker. walmart gets too much of our tax payers money to treat people like this.

This has to be the absolutely worst managed Walmart I have ever experienced. The selection of all items is very poor and limited compared to other stores. But I guess my biggest complaint is that they are ususally out of at least half of the items that I am there for ( especially generic Walmart brands) and they will remain out of an item for months. The shelves look as if they have never been cleaned of straightened up, and large areas of shelves are stocked with unrelated items in an obvious attempt fill empty space ( out of my brand of cooking oil, but 10 feet of grocery shelf space floor to top filled with cookwear sets from housewares dept.). Dirty store, rude empoyees ( that will lie to you , and then call the customer a liar for disagreeing). Also terribly rude customers. AVIOD!!!

Their customer service should be compared with an angry mob of stupid animals. I think employees are unhappy and they just dont care about customers. As a customer I always feel that I am bothering them, and my money is not good enough for them. You ask a question, they never know, they make you wait literally for an hour on a cash register and when you make it near to it, they close it right in your face. Waltmart should do something about the customer service in this store. Also I think that some cashiers they charge you for small staff and they never bag it, and you go and complain about it and you get not even an apology or a we will investigate. If you like walmart, go to another one...

I shop at this Walmart several times a week and always use my walmart pay. I am highly frustrated that none of the employees including managers are familiar with the process or do not even place signage up when it is down. It has been a total of four times that I have asked an employee "is your Walmart pay working" I have been told yes and then pull up to the register with a full cart and then it doesnt work. I go to the store with my kids all the time and it gets chaotic. I have had my purse stolen in the shopping center when distracted with my kids, so I prefer to just use my phone instead of lugging my purse around. Please get this fixed, for now I will shop somewhere else.
