Where to begin. 1. Had a Toshiba laptop that went to Geek Squad twice. The second time, it would not stay powered up unless it was plugged in. We took it to BB and they shipped to GS. Never asked if we wanted any of the data off it. Well after numerous calls by us, not BB and 9 weeks later we were not able to get the laptop repaired and lost over 80% of the data... No call about backing it up, did we want it or anything. BB did give me my money back after arguing with them. Bought a replacement elsewhere. Said I would not buy anything else from them. 2. Had a Samsung 10.5 tablet that would not charge up after one year. Bought it at BB so took it back there. They sent to GS, and I was told that I had a 3rd party work on it and therefore that voided the warranty. Not true, even thought I told them this they refused to repair. OK!!!!! SO BB gave me full credit, that is good. So I bought a Samsung protab s and after 1 day it would not power up. Took back to BB and tried to get a MS Surface pro 4. This was on 11-26. Get this they were not doing price matching.. I said, but I can go home and order it online, get it sooner, and not pay tax. They still said they could not price match. So, ok give me my money back since you do not want it and I will go home and order. Which is what I have done. I really do not get BB, they do not want you business.... Do not want to take your money.. I bought a Sony 75Z9D elsewhere, look up the price, BB lost that. Bought networking, HDMI, USB, amps, etc. Not at BB. They have lost my business. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!! Should be no stars, but I can not do that.

At the store, They need to have a better selection of computers, cameras, and hardware for consumers to chose. Geek squad was not nice about trading a Canon EOS Rebel T6i Video Creator Kit for a Canon EOS 70D body. They said that I am out of warranty yet I have Best Buy Premium. Best Buy also need to get a better lens selection for the Canon EF and EF-S mounts. I was surprised that they didnt have any professional gear. I do have to give them a good for Apple computers as they are cheaper than Apples prices. They also need to have a Used and Refurbished section. I was about to get a Dell Inspiron 15 but Newegg had a HP Elitebook Workstation for a fraction the price. Best Buy also need to sell better laptops for a lower price. Usually I see consumer laptops that I break instantly because the lack of build quality. Geek Squad also need to stop loading software onto our computers as it slows the computers down. I took my HP Elitebook 8570w to the store get repaired and once I got the laptop back, I found that my BIOS Fingerprint was erased and my windows background set to default. Once I power on the laptop, I am greated with software that I cant have as a Photographer, Cinematography, and a Student. Basically Rounding this up, Best Buy needs to get a better selection of electronics and treat their customers better if they want to compete with KEH, Newegg, Ace Computers, and Simply Mac.

My 15 year old son saved birthday money from July to preorder the Gold Legend Edition of NBA 2k17. I suggested to him that we could preorder it online with the Bestbuy Gamers Club subscription that his grandmother purchased for him last Thanksgiving. Imagine how I felt when the game did not arrive on Friday. Then after hours wasted online to speak with support person after support person, I was offered a digital copy. Well we waited almost a full 24 hours for that code and he was one excited kid to be able to join in the play with his friends that preordered from Target, Walmart, and Amazon. The code finally arrived and it was only the preordered bonus content, back on the phone I went and was basically told too bad for your kid, the game will arrive on Monday. Nobody cared that we didnt get what we ordered and paid for when we were supposed to. They didnt care that his friends were playing and he wasnt able to, they didnt care that I dont even allow him to play video games during the school week, so he wont be able to play until Friday. I will NEVER EVER pre-order another game from Bestbuy. I have Amazon Prime and going forward I will preorder from them and still receive the 20% discount. Amazon has never disappointed me with a product not being delivered on time. NEVER AGAIN Bestbuy!!!

Im done with Bestbuy... The associates are ok or pushy....but the turn over not good.... people just dont last long here... maybe a hand full at most. The manager or General manager brad... he is the portly useless guy always walking around holding a empty box trying to look busy... he is pretty much useless and I still cant figure out how he is a manager I guess the talent pool really is shallow here or it has to be the good old boy system and he has a friend in a high place at bestbuy.... he will put a silly grin on and do nothing for you if you need assistance ...Than dont forget he needs to pick up that empty box and go to the other side of the store...there is always a problem here...if your having issues good luck ....but Im done with bestbuy because of this store.... even though theyre down the block from me I will be doing all my ordering from Amazon going forward....

I live in Peachtree City and I was calling my local bestbuy store in order to find out whether or not they carried two Blu Ray discs I was looking to buy. On my first call a sales rep answered, I told them what I needed and they put me on hold in order to search for the items. I was then kept on hold for 10 minutes, and thinking that the sales rep forgot about my call I hung up and proceeded to call back. I called back multiple times but never got an answer ( I let the phone ring for a long period of time before giving up each time). I also attempted to reach different lines other than the sales rep line, hoping that another department would answer and could help me. Unfortunately NOBODY ever answered the phone, not even geeksquad. I was trying to assure that the discs were in store before I wasted a trip there, so much for that! Thanks a lot!

Excellent customer service, and professional people to deal with. I was amazed with the difference between Peachtree City Best Buy employees compared to the one in Northlake Mall, Decatur GA. I didnt want to go and shop at Best Buy ever, especially after I was harassed by Angela, the sales "manager" at the Best Buy in Northlake Mall, Decatur GA just because I asked questions about products and she didnt know anything about it, but instead started yelling at me. The people working for Best Buy in Peachtree City gained my trust and confidence, and I would rather drive from Decatur to come to Peachtree City for any purchase rather than being harassed close to my home. If you want to purchase stuff, these guys in Peachtree City will make you feel so special. They are excellent and very knowledgeable.
