This place could be so much better than it is. The pharmacy will be the first place in the store I have to say that has the top customer services and the rest fall behind. I have been using the pharmacy from the first day it open it doors and had not had any problem. They make sure they find a reasonable price for you and ask you do you have any question before you leave. You even can check out other items that is not pharmacy items when picking up your medicine. If you need something they will tell you without the attitude but I can say it for all the spot in Walmart. Yes I have complain on this store and had the chance to speak with the store manager. I do believe she is doing all she can to make Walmart the place to shop at. Since I am a bargain shopper I use coupons & gift cards and some of the cashier dont know how to use these form of payment, making the purchasing process so much longer. I have ran into people that work at the store with bad attitude. If I had to some it up maybe about 50% of the employee are OK. I have used the order online & pick up at the store services, well this services is not quick at all. I was best buying the item myself at the store getting in line. This service I had things lost, slow & bad customer services. If you dont like police will dont come to this store because we have one that be at this store most of the time when I go. This store tend to check your receipt before going out the door. On a busy day just pick one of the baggy out doors to take inside with you that if you need it. A few of the baggy dont work. If you need to wipe your hand or baggy handler their are wipe in front of the store main entry.

This Walmart is new only a few years old which is great. However the customer service here is horrible! Absolutely horrible! No one is welling to help you, no one knows where anything is, everyone is always on their damn cellphone stating he/she is on break and they never have enough lanes open. You can never speak to a manager and it has nothing but kids working at this place not adults kids. If they were adults then they would know how to speak and do theyre job. My wife and I went their last night May 22 at around 1030pm. They had no Express lanes open and no regular checkout lanes open. All you saw was about 50 customers standing around trying to figure out where they needed to go. We got in a line that had it light off and two people in it already. The rest of the customers did the same and got in the other line next to us only to be told by the cashier she was closed but just let 3 people in her line. The cashier didnt say hello, he bagged our food wrong even though we already had it separated for him and got smart with a lady that told him he needed to turn his light on so we would know he was open. That lady got a manager which wasnt a manager because she dont do nothing to correct the problem so everyone could buy their items. This place is absolutely horrible and Im in the process of contacting corporate office now. Stay away from this store if possible!

I came in to do an exchange of my grandbabies clothing and a bookshelf that I brought at Research Drive in Atlanta. The customer service associate told me that I could not do an exchange for more than $50 without a receipt so I ask for a manager when the manager came she did my exchange which was $68 and change, there was a $4 sales tag on one of the clothing items the customer service manager told me that I could not get the item for the sales price because she knows that it is not on sale then went on to say if all of the same item has a sale tag on it then she would give it to me at the $4 sales price, end result I paid full price for the item and was told since I disnt have a receipt initially then I was not entitled to get a receipt for the new items that I exchange the old items for. Then while in line I heard associates this included management making fun of a guy who has special needs that works at the location. To say the least I dont think that I will be shopping at my local Walmart anymore I spend a lot of money there but I was treated very poorly and I dont appreciate spending money with people who do not treat me with consideration or professionalism.

attempted to place a deli order in the deli. staff attempted to be helpful but were unaware of standard procedure. requested to order bulk chicken order -100 pieces. staff were clueless about how to begin the process. stated the only person who could help was in a mood staff referred me to call the store and ask to be connected to the deli. i state: I am in the deli why do I need to call the store to be connected to the deli? went to another store and was given stellar service and even provided with the process to inform the cascade store of in order to make the purchase at my preferred store. called back to this store asked to make the order, the assigned person was in the store but requested to call back in 30 min to an hour to place order. help us. this is not rocket science.

I am pissed! I am a couponer. I came in to the store to purchase Nestle pure life water. On the shelf it is advertised for $1.88 i have coupons for $1 off....i get to the register and they ring up for $2.48. I advised the cashier that they are on the shelf for1.88 and i picked up the last 4. She yelled out to another employee about the price. Who advised that she would give it to me for1.88 but could not let me use my coupons. The reason was a system issue. I advised her not my problem and i want them for.88 they refused to honor the price. I left my entire purchase on the counter. The cashier is THE RUDEST! And why did i just find out the cashier WAS the manager her name is XIOMARA.....I GUESS bad customer service is the ONLY customer service in a black neighborhood.........

This new Walmart is a great new big box store. The staff has its growing pains, once the kinks have all been worked out, the shopping experience could perhaps be more enjoyable. Cashiers and customer service team members smacking loudly on chewing gum, rolling eyes and somewhat of an unpleasant-working attitude. The only other disturbing activity is a police officer with a semi-automatic firearm is standing guard; Ive never witnessed a guard with a semi-automatic handgun at Lithia Springs, Howell Mill, Windy Hill and Cobb Pkwy. Confused.

This Walmart I have to say is better than most of their stores. The staff will make an attempt to assist you if you had a question. However, do not buy any produce from there. If you do watch the expiration dates and check it very very closely. I bought a bag of potatoes from there and a couple days later they were rotten and they were only sitting on my counter top. They should last much longer than that. When I get produce from Publix I never have problems. The potato issue is just one of many Ive had with Walmarts produce.
