Search no more, this is the only place to trust! After countless hours of calling and looking over company websites, this is the only place Ill bring my electronics to in the future. I recently had my 32 inch LCD Samsungs screen go blank and would not power on. I called around all of Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati and was disturbed by the alarming prices and attitude of employees. A-Hi Computers was extremely friendly over the phone and I decided to bring my TV in that morning. The guy at the store took my TV and stated that it could take a couple of days because he had some electronics in front of mine (some places were stating it could take a week just to get to). In "TWO HOURS" A-Hi Computers called me and stated they could have my TV fixed by 4:00pm that day (Yes, it would be fixed within 6 hours of receiving!!). I went and picked it up and they even showed the pieces they had to replace. They didnt try and add parts you didnt need or charge hidden fees! The price was around $90, compared to $110 just for another company to look at my TV, seem to be a price I was much impressed with. I cant remember the guy at the stores name but he was very knowledgable of my TV and was very helpful in answering all questions I had. PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL NOT GET SERVICE THAT IS HALF AS GOOD AS THIS COMPANY!!!! I assure you guys, the companies with the fancy looking websites and made up awards are a waste of time! Im new to the area and these guys have made it more comfortable now that I know a place I can trust when it comes to dealing with electronics.

Were moving to NY in one week and have already started having this conversation: "How will we EVER find someone like Alan to work on our computers?" Alan & his crew are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Weve been using his services for many years (6 or 7, I think), and have never once felt like wed been treated with anything but courtesy and respect. Alan will tell you if your equipment is at a point in age where its not worth fixing, but I welcome that kind of honesty and wouldnt consider it to be "rude". I dont know what was involved with the poster who left the "rude" comment, but it simply is not true. We have 3 heavy computer users in our family and weve all been extremely satisfied with his work. To Alan ~ would you consider relocating to Nyack, NY? ;)

My old computer died, so I brought it to Alan, who declared it officially dead. I trusted him to make the call because I have dealt with him for the past several years. I was in a fix, and needed a new computer right away. Alan offered to sell me a used computer with the set up I needed, and told me that if I decided I didnt like it he would return my money. Unfortunately, I had two problems with the used computer, and decided I needed one that was more dependable. When I brought the used computer back to Alan after several months, he gave me a full refund! Alan is very talented at fixing equipment, and has a nice group working for him. What is most impressive, though, is his great honesty and integrity. Well done, Alan!

A couple of months ago, my Harman Kardon 12 inch subwoofer started having some "popping" sounds that were concerning (thought it was going to explode). Tried to contact Harman Kardon and per the Internet reviews, it was a hopeless endeavour to find somebody to fix it. At Best Buy they told me it was so old there was nothing to do about it (Bought it in 2008). By chance I ran into A-Hi Computers. Though they took some time to diagnose and repair it, the end result has been great. My Harman Kardon is back to life (and I put my 10-inch Harman Kardon subwoofer to its box) and I can keep enjoying my surround system. Highly recommend this place.

I didnt actually get my TV serviced at A-HI, I just called them on the phone. On Sunday. At 7:30 PM. And the gentleman was incredibly friendly and eager to help me diagnose my problems. I was very impressed. If I were to get my tv serviced, I would definitely do it at A-HI. UPDATE: after I posted this review, I continued to tinker with my TV, and I could never get it working. I decided to take it to A-Hi and he fixed it right up. Saved me a bunch of money on a new TV. Very excellent service! Would definitely go back if I had a different issue.

They went above and beyond to fix my ipod touch, for nearly half the price apple wanted to charge me. They ran into a couple of problems but were very courteous about explaining what went wrong. They didnt charge me for the extra work they ended up having to do. The fixed it up and it works like new. Very highly recommended for their friendly service and their willingness to do anything for a customer.

He is a joke I bought a labtop from him and he said there was a warranty but when the crap messed up he said it was my fault and tried to charge me to fix it and he wont help anybody my friend went to him to soldier two little wires and he has bought a flat screen and 2 computers from his sorry butt and he was a prick and told him that he was going to charge him 25 dollars now you tell me is that right

Computer fixed, work perfectly done. I lost the power supply of my tower the Saturday and no time to fix it by myself. I find A-Hi through this webpage and because of the good star rating I decided to try it. I got my computer repaired and in perfect condition just after the week-end. Everybody there was very polite, the turn-around on my dead HDTV was very fast, and they repaired the problem without gouging me on the price. A small business like A-Hi is more personal than some big chain store. I will be suggesting them to any friends that need repairs to their TV or computer.

Alan and his crew at A-Hi have done it again. I took my sons laptop back to him for three separate problems, and all were repaired perfectly over the course of a weekend. My son is very happy with the results, and I will continue to recommend A-Hi to anyone needing electronic devices repaired.

We have visited twice for laptop repair (2 different laptops) and were very impressed. A-Hi staff are very knowledgeable. They asked insightful questions. They didnt waste any of my time and were completely fair and transparent with their pricing. Highly recommended -- well go back soon.
