I have been a Walmart customer for over 30 years, and have decided it is time to give K-mart and Target my hard earned money after a recent experience with Wal-Marts auto center. I went to have my oil changed and a young employee asked me if I wanted an air filter also. I asked her how much it would cost, she said, "$3.00 to $6.00." So I said, "Sure." I assumed this was correct information (my first mistake). Here comes the 2nd mistake - I told her I was going to shop while my oil was being changed and she said, "Oh, you can pay up front for your convenience." Well, I did just that. I shopped, and went up front to check out and asked the checker to tell me the total for my oil change and air filter purchases. The clerk rang this up for $47.00! I exclaimed, "How much?" She said, "$47.00." I said, "That must be wrong, the oil change is $33.00 and the most it should be is around $40.00 (with the added air filter, which I was told was at the most $6.00). I told the clerk I would go to the back to check on this. (This is called a "Bait and Switch" - where you are told one amount and then when its time to pay...it is suddenly more!) Upon going to the back and telling them I was quoted the air filter was $3.00 to $6.00, they brought the young attendant who told me this to me and she said, "Oh..I told her it was between $8.00 and $13.00!" So, she lied about this...to my face!!!!! The Assistant Manager came and he did not apologize, and he simply stood there...like a lump. Finally, I asked, "What will you do for me?" He said, "The most I can do is charge you $6.00 for the air filter. " I walked away as a VERY dissatisfied customer. And, I WILL NOT be dropping between $200 to $300 for good, etc. at Walmart again!! I am willing to pay more anywhere else, than to help pay the lying attendancts paycheck, or the dumbfounded Assistant Managers paycheck. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS AT WALMART! Sam Walton would roll over in his grave. Also, Ive tried 3 times to speak to the Manager about this, and Ive gotten the run around. And, all the Google reviews that gave five stars...are employees or managers, trying to "pull the wool over peoples eyes"! I would bank on it. This place stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never seen such rude employees. As a Business owner my experience at Walmart today may just keep me away from this store for good!!! I said excuse me to an employee stocking a shelf as I went by she gave me the rudest look, I guess I should have hit her with the buggy instead. Then I went over to the womens clothes and was wanting to look at yoga capri pants that were on a sale rack, but the employee was scooping them all up. I asked her "where are you moving those to?" , explaining those are what I wanted to look at. She was moving them to the other side of the rack and said, "just moving them right here", and then continued to sort thru all of the sale items and blocking me from being able to look at what I wanted to purchase. After about 5 full minutes of waiting, I finally just left. Obviously, she did not want me looking at any of that clothing. The Employees need to understand that without customers, they would be out of a JOB!!!! Get a grip and learn what customer service is. Horrible experience - wont be going back here!!!

Pretty nice Walmart from what Ive seen. No problem finding what I was looking for. No over night parking for trucks. I was able to squeeze my 18 Wheeler in here as I had extra time until my pick up which was right down the street. So to pick up a few items. Not so trucker friendly here, but the area seems kinda snobbish, so thats no surprise they dont want trucks here. Bathrooms in serious need of remodelling since it looks like it hasnt been thoroughly cleaned since being built. Theres dark colored build up around all the base boards in the mens room, cant tell if mold, grime, wear away, or scuffing, but looks unhealthy. Should be the one thing every Walmart keeps up on is their bathrooms.

I live in this store due to it being very close to home and trying to supply our large family with food and "stuff". Compared to other Walmarts in the area, this one is friendlier and less crowded. People that work there seem to enjoy or tolerate their jobs more. Lived here over 10 years and I still see the same greeters and many cashiers and staff as I did when I moved here. Always a good sign of good managers and supervisors (or maybe just the location). They have installed a large number of self-checkout stations that are open until 9 or 10pm or so (shoplifting risks increase at night) that really makes quick shopping easy. The McDonalds and Redbox that is inside is also convenient.

This walmart likes to open new games and take voucher codes out and glue the wrappers back on. Buyers beware I was scammed big time. Went back to exchange a game because it was missing the voucher codes and i had the employee open the exchange copy to see if it had the code and what do you know? It was also missing. Asked for a refund and they refused and told me to call the manufacturer. I did and they told me of walmarts practices in great detail. I will never shop here again. I cannot wait til Aldis opens and kills your sales. You cant treat people this way for long and stay in business.

Dreadful. Half of the store is always blocked off for SOME reason or another and they never have even the most common items youd see thousands of every other store. God help you if you shop at night when they empty the registers; theyll scowl at you before you even get up close to check out. If you shop during the day and wanted to get out at a reasonable time then you need to think again with this place. There are hardly ever any registers open and they just keep it that way during all hours. i hope Aldi takes all their business when it establishes itself.

Maybe this used to be a good Walmart, but it is not anymore. The customer service is nonexistent, there is little to no variety when it comes to fresh fruit and produce, the shelves look like either a hurricane is about to hit or just has because they are constantly out of stock on things that you came there for, the layout is horrible and they employee the slowest cashiers in the entire world. If you are looking for an exercise in frustration, this is the place to go. If you are looking for a place to buy groceries and home goods, go somewhere else.

Okay shopping center, but when I went into the fish section to add an addition to my tank, I was shocked. There were dead bettas lying in cups that had VERY dirty brown water inside. The other fish that were alive in the tanks were in tanks that were much to small and very dirty. Horrible living conditions for all of the fish. This is seriously animal cruelty. Im not one of those people who obsesses over animal cruelty but this was REALLY BAD. Go look at your walmart in the fish section and youll see what Im talking about. CMON walmart. Seriously?
