Went to the store to get a sound bar for my tv. Purchased the sound bar with the why not Lease it. Took it home to set it up and to my surprise there was no remote, no cables which were suppose to be included. Had to get back into the car and drive 20 miles back to the store to exchange the sound board. Thought t.v. exchange wound be fairly easy. No such lucky. Had to cancel the first lease which I paid 28.75 and was told that I needed to pay on the new lease which was 19.75. I didnt feel that I needed to pay additional money when I had just paid within the last 2 hr.. The manager, Derrick was not tryng to accomodat me in any form or fashion.it wasnt my faught the package didnt have all the items that should have been in the box. I think that kmart should had paid the $19 so I caoud have taking my sound par hom. VERRY DISSAPOINTED!!!!! PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

Will not shop here again not will I recommend anyone to shop here. Employees has no respect for language around my wife in newborn daughter. Manager Haley on duty should not be a manager she isnt even management material nor was she even successful on my return we bought 4 days ago.

So so always messy and no tags on most things staff is lazy and no where to be found when you need help and two times I had one staff member follow me around the store I like I was robbing them

I tried to buy some photo frames and when I got to the register they werent on sale. I told the girl that there was a sale sign on them and she asked ME to go get it for her. No thanks.

One register 10 people in line for 20 minutes. Who has this time to wait. 3 people hanging at the returns desk talking. Something doesnt seem right. Lol. Wont shop here again.
