Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I would give zero stars if I could. We went to this stores back-to-school savings event and bought several products that were expensive but offered rebates such as a Multi-paper Box that was priced around $55.99 and promised a rebate value of $41. However, when we went online to apply the rebate promotion code, we received a message stating "This product is ineligible for rebates." We tried to complain to general manager (old man with glasses) but he was incompetent and new nothing about this service. To save face, he tried to sweeten the deal by providing us coupons to use on our next purchase. But in reality, he just wanted to push us out of the store and left us hanging on our problem. Checkout service was awful as well. A blond woman helped us when we bought some items during the sales event had an attitude problem when we asked her several questions about the rebate and return policies. She was definitely having a bad day, but there was no reason to take it out on the customer. THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT STAPLES AND WILL BE THE LAST.

Employees come and go like a revolving door and service has gotten worse and worse. Ive been shopping here for years and Ive slowly seen the best employees leave time and time again. Each visit to the store theres a few new faces and always problems cause they never seem to have proper training. While shopping for ink one time I overheard managers in gray shirts (older man and a younger fella with glasses) say all kinds of horrible stuff about teachers. They were directly behind the wall I was shopping on and they bashed the teachers who shop there and talked about back to school time as the worst part of the year cause of all the teachers. They came out from behind the wall like it was nothing. The older man looked at me and I clearly needed help finding my ink and he walked off without asking if I need assistance. I left the store and purchased over $100 of ink at Office Depot. A few days later I purchased a laptop and tablet at Office Depot as well, I have not been back to staples since. It really makes me wonder what is going on at that store if they talk smack about their customers and they cant keep employees.

Sold a large item an ebay that I needed to ship on a Sunday. This was THE WRONG PLACE to go for help. When I walked in there was one employee sitting on a stool doing something on her phone and another down the counter working on what looked like a craft or display. I stood there for a minute and then intentionally made some noise so one of them would know I was there. I got no verbal response. They both just looked at me. I told the girl playing on her phone that I needed help shipping something. She pointed to an isle and said that was where shipping supplies could be found. I asked if they had a way for me to ship a box this large. She said if they did it would be on that isle. I said, "I thought if I came here you would help me with the best way to ship it." The girl working on the craft slammed down whatever it was she was working on and said, "okay, if you want us to help ship it, it will be $11.00." "I asked, is that what it cost to ship this?" Her response, "No, that is what it would cost for us to help you ship it." I realized the Post Office employees werent so bad after all.

Christina (The Rock Star) Sometimes you receive good service, or service that meets your expectations. However when you receive service the exceeds your expectations and it happens more than once it deserves mention. Christina has repeatedly exceeded my expectations and she has done it again. While traveling for business I needed a print project done (yesterday of course) and decided to use the on-line ordering process. Little did I know that the ordering process had changed. So, I placed my order and uncharacteristically, did not receive a verification reply. When I called the store Christina informed me that the web site had changed and that I needed to place the order differently. By the time I could get to a place that I could complete this task, Christina had already taken care of it for me. I know how busy the print department can be and how understaffed it is regularly. I am sincerely grateful for her efforts, competency and professional attitude. A very satisfied customer.

Justin (customer service/cashier) deserves so much praise for doing a good deed today. I am literally within days of my due date for my second child and I was struggling with picking up my heavy merchandise, several people walked by that worked in the store without offering any help. When I made it up to check-out, he offered to take the merchandise to my car because he saw me struggling. I thanked him and accepted the help. This means the world to me because not very many people (especially the younger ones) care to go out of their way anymore to help others in need. I hope this young man receives some type of recognition or reward from his employers because I am willing to bet that I am not the only one he was went out of his way for. Thanks Justin!

Were from out of town and had to pick up products for a show. The staff was extremely helpful. And we also sent a poster to be printed, it was submitted online and we thought we wouldnt be able to pick it up until after 8:30 pm the following day. Not only did we get same day service, it was only an hour or so since we submitted the file. While I realize that that cant happen every time, since they were slow today, they were able to get it in faster. They didnt have to run it as soon as they did, they could have waited since we wouldnt have known the difference. Thank you for making a stressful day less so.

Well.... Im sitting in your parking lot at 8:40 and the store is not open. The sign says you open at 8; the website says you open at 8 and yet you are not. There is a sweet little sales associate walking around the parking lot telling everyone that no one is here to open the store. Not cool, you have now jacked up my entire schedule for my day. Its a shame because with the closing of Office Depot you have a huge opportunity to fill the gap. I can promise you if there was another option I would be there

GREAT service from the Printing department. Olivia, Susan and Janet are always on task...even when Im running late or have an emergency or have a printing challenge! Without them, I would not look as efficient as they are. This is my go to place for the several companies I work for and with and around! Thank you...keep up the exceptional work. Fran Shockley

back by the coffee machines there are so many ants. Not exaggerating when I say you lift a coffee machine box and ants are everywhere underneath. The manager, an older man with glasses ignored his employee at the register who needed his assistance, causing the line to grow longer and be at stand still. I was not pleased with this experience.
