Bought a brand new Hyundai and had tint service included as part of the contract. The dealer sent my car to the Audio Shop to get the windows tinted. Picked the car up after service to discover bubbles all over every window and decided to give it a week or so for the bubbles to evaporate. After two weeks not only were the bubbles still there, more popped up so I called them to fix the issue. It seems as if they replaced the tint on the side windows, but the rear window looked untouched because the same bubbles were still all around the entire window. On top of that, I discovered they damaged the heating elements on the rear window as if they were scraped off in many different places. Also discovered they left spots of window adhesive all over the carpeting under the back window which will not come out. Tired of dealing with crappy work and multiple excuses from the Audio Shop so they will be hearing from my car insurance about the damages very soon. Cannot believe someone would do this to a brand new car!

I dont often feel very compelled to do customer reviews despite the number of time I have reviewed them personally and how much I value them but The Audio Shop is the exception to that rule. In 2013, I discovered The Audio Shop online and based on past customer reviews and a tour of the shop I decided to purchase a remote start as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. With the cost of a remote start and being a first time buyer I was skeptical at first but Bryon and his crew never let me down. I was able to come in and turn right back around and walk out that night with everything installed and he even was nice enough to treat me to lunch. Who does that these days? Not the dealership. My girlfriend and I love our Compu-star remote starter with Drone technology and love never worrying about locking our keys in the car, scraping the windows, or getting fried in the summertime ever again! PLEASE LISTEN AND NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH IN ORDER TO GET SPEAKERS INSTALLED IN MY CIVIC. BETWEEN TAKING TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM DONE BECAUSE I KEPT FINDING PROBLEMS- AND ITS A YEAR LATER AND IM STILL FINDING WAYS THEY ARE COSTING ME MONEY STILL. THEYVE DESTROYED MY WORRYING HARNESS IN MY DOORS, DESTROYED THE PANELS, DELETED SPEAKER INPUTS AND LEFT THEM TO FALL OUT WHEN I TOOK PANELS OFF, ALL OF MY CLIPS ARE BROKEN... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE AND HEY INTO WHAT IVE GOT GOING ON!

Expected the Worst. Got the Best. Went in expecting factory amp to be shot, needing a total after market replacement. The Audio Shop had my vehicle for less than 24 hours and diagnosed the issue (a wire to the amp rubbing on a piece of metal). This was music to my ears, as they could have very easily attempted to up sell me. Alex was a pleasure to to deal with and everyone else was very courteous. They corrected the problem and I was out the door for less than a hundo. Thanks, Guys. Satisfied Customer

I took my Camry to this AUDIO SHOP which is as new as you buy today or was . They did horrible scratches on my car dash but when i asked whats that ? Owner the Bald guy and his 2 stupid workers all came together and yelled at me . Said : WE ARE DONE .. NOW TAKE YOUR CAR AND GET OUT . YOUR CAR IS OLD AND ITS FALLING APART . well thats how i was treated and my car dash looks bad now . PLEASE NEVER EVER GO THEM . THEY ARE JUST NON PROFESSIONAL !!!

I called them to see if they had 10 gauge speaker wire, they said yeah and to come on in. Took a late lunch from work to do it. When I got there they only had 16 gauge. Real shady place.
