I had a very full cart of food. Right before I checked out the Clerk called for an extra cart. There was a group of young men at the self-check-out area talking and laughing. They ignored the call for a cart. The clerk called again. And again. Finally I asked her to call the manager on duty while I helped finishing the bagging and paid. When the manager came she told me she was busy. I showed her the group of young workers. She pointed at my physically and mentally challenged son and asked, "Why doesnt he go get one? The people behind us in line actually gasped. Some businesses must think they are immune to going out of business. I have had very bad service there and could tell more accounts but this was the worst. When I have had my elderly mother do the kindness of taking something back for me they have spoken disrepectfully on more than one occasion. It is really too bad that the management is as bad as Wal-Marts.

Very inconsistent and poor customer service. I have purchased expired food 7 different times because they rarely look and clear out old items. Once I even noticed that the item expired that day as I was in the checkout line and they didnt mark it down, which was frustrating, so I just switched it for another item that wasnt expired. The other items I accidently bought were MONTHS past the expiration date. The produce selection is not very good either. Many of the berries are moldy and although priced competitively can not be purchased. The salad mixes are rarely fresh, and the organic selection is extremely sparce. The management that I have dealt with is very unorganized, and seem to be more concerned with everything other than pleasing the customer. Luckily, meijer does have a large selection of many items, which makes the store convenient when in a bind.

I went in around 8:30pm. Fast and friendly service at the deli counter at this location. Shelves wiped out of popular items. Meijer has a bad candy aisle. It is very unorganized and doesnt usually have the gummy candies that I like. I hot checkout with over $400 worth to find, beside the self serve checkout, only 2 cashiers and the one who rang me out closed after me. He was fast, rude and didnt pretend to care. Probably a long day. Also the front of most Meijer stores are a mess. Lighting is dim. Half full carts everywhere and usually 10 or more employees standing around, not working. I should add that this particular store is one I always enjoyed and told people about when I lived on the west side of town and shopped there.

Meijer continues to have a great selection of food items at lower prices than most other stores. Their deli meats and salads are high quality, and their produce selection is second to none. I love that I can get grocery items, housewares, home decor, and toys and clothes for grandchildren in one incredible store. I often find myself in a Meijer store 3 or 4 times a week, and my son and grandson share my preference for Meijer over other stores. Mike, a manager at the Harrison Ave. Cincinnati store, went above and beyond to get a gift that I wanted for my grandson. The high quality, great selection, and personal service keep me coming back.

Went to Meijer on THREE separate occasions within a two week period, and all three times the fridge where lunchables are stored were not working. Complained all those times, and was told something would be done and nothing had been done. Leaving the SAME lunchables out while KNOWING it was broke and warm. People are in danger!!!!! While im here most lanes are never open and people are rude who work here. Theres times there arent any drinks in the pop isle or not stocked. Was a frequent shopper. Not anymore!!

Great store, I love the deals they have to offer. However ty re customer service worked was very rude and unprofessional as was the floor manager that was working there the day I had a return. Seems to me they are in need of more variety of different nationalities staff members working at this location.

Had my coupons put them on the top of check-out computer the person helping customers checking out came rushing -up and grabbed my coupons saying,I could not have them,I said those are mine she stated that her Manager told her to do that.I have only been back 1 or 2 times since

My favorite Meijer to shop at. Store is kept clean & organized..even through the holidays. Even though the available checkout lanes never seem to match the long lines Im giving 5 stars ...based on other Meijer stores in the area this one is the best

The only thing I dont like is if you call after midnight to ask a question the automated system will ask you to type in a 3 digit extension which makes it impossible to ask customer service a question. Otherwise great store.

Generally well stocked, produce can be rotten for a few days before anything is done about it. The are never real cashiers (1 - 3). But most all is redeemed by the on point customer service people. 4/5

Everything I needed, forgot my coupons and the young man in the bakery watched my cart for me, while I went to my car to get them. Over and Beyond good customer service. Way to go Meijer!!!!

Grocery store with merchandise. Often poorly merchandised. And sometimes the same item can be on clearance in one spot and full price in another. Ive seen that on merchandise several times

Prices and service are as good as youd expect. The produce is often in terrible shape. Mold, gnats, other disgusting things. I would shop somewhere else if you have an option.

Selection is great and so are prices. However, 15 auto scan checkouts and 3 cashiers. Horrible management. Customer service e cannot be replaced by machines. Will not be back.

Love this Meijer. Great location. Plenty of parking. Great deals... very clean. Has a nice nursery to pick out plants. Right off 74... next to Kohls and Longhorns.

Always have to correct pricing on something when checking out. Sometimes its easy and other times its a pain. Customer service is fair but not excellent.

Great selection of stuff, but... Fourth of July weekend and only four out of 27 lanes have cashiers. Not sure what management is thinking sometimes.

They never keep produce stocked. Ive come in a few times and they were completely out of basic things like apples. Ill take my business to Kroger.

Wide variety of items allow for one stop shopping, but they are sometimes out of stock on everyday items. They dont always the freshest produce.
