I ordered 4 sprint phones and an ipad 4/17. I signed one contract the first contract was not correct so it went unsigned. Yet I was charged for both cotracts. Sprint charged my bank account 2 times. I returned the devices before they were activated and switched to Verizon. My money for up front cost totaling 500 dollars was returned after about 10 days. I then received a bill from sprint for service that was never activated. I have called sprint customer service over 20 times to resolve the issue but no resolution has been found despite having been promised the problem is resolved. So today I received another bill so I called this Sprint store in desparation for help and was met with a combative store manager named Joey who refused to help. DO NOT under any circumstances consider Sprint. They have provided the most poor customer service I have experienced. At every point through this process I have been met with apathy, ineptitude, lies and blatant combativeness from both customer service and store managers like Joey. Buyer beware.

If you are considering buying a phone from Sprint DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. It is third party and they only want to sell phones nothing else. They dont explain extra charges if applicable. I dont think they are completely educated on the product they sell. To save you time, MONEY AND a headache... Go 3 miles down the road to the corporate store on Glennway across the street from Target and next to Kroger. They are nice, knowledgeable and have more products.

I visited this store over the weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised. I received excellent customer service, and the employees went above and beyond my expectations. I had some difficult technical problems to solve and they did so perfectly. It was so refreshing to not have to battle with phone carrier employees! I will only be visiting this location from now on!
