Someone in upper management needs to go into this store and train employees in customer relations. After purchasing online a new phone for my wife for Christmas I send her in to the store to have the phone turned on as per the instructions on Sprints website. She was quickly turned away and told she needed to call customer service in order to do this. I spoke with the in store sales rep who told my wife this and was told she could have helped me IF I would have bought the phone in store, but Id need to deal with customer care since I didnt buy the phone from there. she continued to stand behind the "if I would have bought my phone there not online she would have helped" reply and did absolutely nothing to assist. Im sure she saw my online purchase as a lost commission for her and decided not to make an attempt to help. however, when the company you work for sends their customers to you , you should have your in store employees trained to assist, not refuse to help because they didnt get the sale of the phone. Because of this employees refusal to help, I was forced to spend over an hour on the phone with sprints customer service in order to have them activate my wifes phone. And was told by the person on the phone there was no reason the girl in store couldnt have taken care of this for us very quickly instore. Overall terrible experience.

Literally just left this store, and I can honestly say these are the RUDEST employees that I have ever encountered. One male and female in particular. They were not helpful at all, horrible demeanors and you could tell they are not interested in customer service at all. BEWARE! Dont waste your time with them. Found another Sprint store that was excellent! If I could give negative stars, I would!

This Sprint Store is fantastic! Took my defective HTC Evo 4G in for repair, was given fast service and came back in 3 hours.. Sprint ordered a replacement Evo for me and becuz of my Total Protection plan, I will not have to pay out nothing!! Recommend to evry1 thats looking for Cellular service.

I was lied to from the sales rep. He was nice answering all my questions, until I made the purchase. My bill was no where near what he said it would be nor was my rebate. I do not recommend this store!!! Drive the extra mile to another store.
