This place has the worst customer service. I was a week late I called in and made a payment I did not have the whole amount for two weeks on my card so I paid for the week that was late. I said I would be in to pay after my youngest child woke up or on Monday morning. Greg was so rude and he hung up the phone after he told me they would be at my house on Monday to collect my items. Joe the manager is NEVER THERE!!! I am always told I have to call back to speak to him. I called their customer care line only to find out they are a Rent A Center owned by an individual, they are not corporate and there is nothing corporate can do to to stop the from treating their customers like crap... I cannot believe this place is able to treat people like this. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

One of the most unprofessional experiences Ive had in a long time. I visited the store to find the "manager" in a faded shirt that looked like it came from Goodwill store. His collar was tucked in and had no clue how to deal with customers, nor information on the merchandise, nor how to be professional. I explained what it was that I was looking for, and picked it out. He immediately tried to sell me a cheaper unit that was NOT what I needed. I asked for several things, and for him to look into a price for all. I had to call him back two days latter and had to tell him AGAIN what I was in need of. This experience will defiantly send me to Aarons!

My family has been with rac since 2009 if we ever have r have had a problem they try they best to fix it the manager joe always trys his best to make people happy and greg is always trying to do what he can do make they customers happy i dont think you could ask for better people to deal with

Ive been dealing with this place for years and the new manager lance is the dumbest and the most sorry guy I have ever met he talks to women like dogs and needs to be fired has no respect for anyone

All other employees are great, but the store manager JOE is as RUDE as can be he needs to be transferred to another store or get his attitude straight and treat customers with respect.
