UPDATE !! )you must read this is about alpharetta location and its store manager) I SPOKE TO THE CANTON STORE AND THEY WERE MOST HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH NO DRAMA< THEY WERE OUT OF THE COMPARABLE TV BUT SENT ME TO PERIMETER BEST BUY WHERE I RECEIVED THE TV REPLACEMENT AS ORIGINALLY PROMISED WITH NO ISSUE OR CRYBABY MANAGERS,AND WAS EVEN OFFERED SAME DAY DELIVERY AND HOOK UP FOR FREE BY GEEK SQAUD BECAUSE OF THE RUNAROUND I RECEIVED AND TIME THAT WAS WASTED. SECONDLY RETURNS PURCHASED AT ALPHARETTA HAVE BEEN COMPLETED,AND NOW I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THAT STORE AGAIN AS LONG AS THE STORE MANAGER WORKS THERE! BE CAUTIONED AND READ THESE REVIEWS POSTED < THEY ARE PROBABLY ALL TRUE! I HAVE STILL REPORTED THIS PARTICULAR STORE TO BBB NOT FOR RESOLUTION BUT REFERENCE Dont know where to begin, But i will give you the cliff notes.. Bought a TV and geek squad protection, 1 year ago, had problems with TV geek squad can not get the parts so gave me an authorization to replace with like specs.. price doesnt matter.. I took the code i was given and btw have proof and documents on the exchange to be like kind and the Store manager Not only refused to help me as an elite PLUS customer or any customer for that matter , but actually tried to continue to prove i was lying to him about what was told to me, And Again I have proof! he kept me hanging for 2 hours and told me I could have my son bring out the TV to him so he can switch it ( I was originally told to leave it in home and it will be picked up (proof as well) and when my son went out of his way with a friend to get the TV off the wall load it and bring it in while we waited , as soon as he arrived and was in the parking lot i once again after he arrived he backed out of what he said and was told he would not assist me with any type of customer service as he was not authorized to do anything for me even though it was documented and promised by a field manager.. but he is General Store manager ? Huh with no empowerment? I asked him How this should be handled since he has NO customer service skills or Apparently Authority, and he told me he doesnt know what to tell me "do whatever I need" This is real Folks I wouldnt have believed it if i didnt live this horrible experience, So now the tv is back at home with me and i got nowhere.. I have about $3300 in gifts bought over the holidays and they will all go back if this is the way i will be treated, My family will understand why i will order the gifts again on amazon , pay no tax and have them long before the return policy of best buys, they can deal with the open boxed merchandise and sell at a loss at the store level.(this is not from spite but i really cant see doing business with people like this .I really deserve to be treated fairly and I think I deserve an apology letter as well, and it should be personally written from the current General store manager "C" . I didnt ask for anything I didnt deserve to get,actually I Gave him the option and his cheapest way out!! I made a purchase in Good faith and he purposely failed to meet promises made to me ! Although i kept cool and kept my class in front of my Son, I am pissed and taking this to consumer affairs, The News and social media about being mistreated More for Online shopping ! cheaper and No tax! Buy the Way Steven from tv dept was an outstanding associate and very professional! I ran $100 million dollar retail establishment in my past as a regional Manager I would hire him on the Dime,And Kudos to the geek squad rep Teddy was Prompt and Courteous and kept his promise of calling me back and rectifying the situation ..The rest involved Suck WInd!

Went to best buy to have a netbook & laptop sent out to be fixed. Geek Squad City (this is who actually fixes the equipment...they are in Kentucky) called & left a message saying they were unable to obtain the parts so i should contact the manufacturer directly to get the parts. OK, the message does not say...as an example..."the keyboard is what is broken or the motherboard or whatever is broken. OK, so, i think to myself...no big deal, when I get to the store the description of what parts needing to be replaced will be on the documentation. Nope...not that easy or professional. I speak to an employee, young woman, I will not use her name. Tells me the equipment could not be fixed. I say to her, OK which parts can not be fixed? She says they didnt say. I say, well that just does not make sense. We go back and forth a bit... and I say, I paid to have them fixed...yet no one can tell me what needs to be replaced. Now, Im looking for cameras because Im thinking this is so stupid...Betty White has got to be here. Nope this young lady wants me to call the both the geek squad city & the manufacturer and ask them what...? Hey, do u have a Crystal ball to tell me what is wrong with my laptop and netbook? So I ask to speak to a manager. Manager comes...I explain...he says.. he agrees...they will call Kentucky and find out. Short time later geek squad young woman says she called and they have no information on what is wrong with them. Argggh (OK, so it is obvious this young lady has no abilities in customer relations or nor has she been trained in such. Shame on you Best Buy!) So, she looks at me as if to say that is all I can do. OMG I suggest to her that she send both parts back and have the Geek Squad City folks reevaluate & document what is wrong with each. Young Best Buy woman says...u already paid right? I said yes, but I am not paying for this again. She says she cant do that. Come on.....are you kidding me!!!!????? so I say talk to your manager again...she came back from manager and he approved. Am I the only one that sees any issues in this whole scenario? Holy tomato Batman. Has Best Buy lost their way or what! I have been a silver premiere customer for a couple of years now....mainly because of their non discrimination and open environment policies....but man am I rethinking where I spend my dollars. Especially since I can save a ton of money shopping "elsewhere" on the net. Geesh!!!!!! Best Buy if you really want to keep your sales up.....might want to focus on customer service again!!!! Denise

I would give this store 5 stars if the manager of the appliances department did not work there. I bought a washer machine from this store a week ago. The salesperson Anthony was very helpful and nice and really made an effort to earn my business. He patiently explained me all the differences between washers and brands. I was very satisfied with my purchase until the delivery personnel came to my house on Saturday Dec 26. The guys who delivered my washer were in a hurry and did not take the time to install my washer properly. They literally were there 5 minutes or less! They left my uninstalled washer and told me to get a plumber. I went to this best buy store the next day, Sunday December 27, to try to get someone to help me. I wanted to get a second opinion. I really did not think I needed a plumber. When I arrived at the appliances department, I explained the whole situation to a really nice lady called Elisa. While I was explaining her what had happened, I was interrupted by a man called Christavius Simon. At the time, I did not know that he was the department manager. This man did not even introduce himself, he just started talking to me and my pregnant daughter in a very rude manner. He said that he could not do anything about it and that we could return the washer and repair protection if "we wished". He did not even take the time to read in his computer why the delivery personnel did not install my washer. He just jumped into conclusions and told us that we could buy the washer somewhere else but that we would have the same problem with the installation. He made it clear that he did not want to earn our business. We felt humiliated and immediately cancelled our order. Even after we were in the process of cancelling the order with Elisa, he would not be quiet! Apparently, he had a bad day and was trying to ruin ours. He yelled at us and humiliated us for no reason. I do not understand how this man is a manager at this store. Managers should be polite, patient, and knowledgeable and Chris is rude, loud, and disrespectful. If he yells at a pregnant woman and an old lady, I cant imagine how he treats his coworkers. I feel sorry for them for having to work with such an awful person! If the store manager reads this review, please watch the camaras videos on Sunday December 27 at around 2:15 pm in the appliances department so you can see it for yourself!!! Christavius Simon definitely does not represent your company well.
