I have a business account with ODO and order presentation material at least once a week since I moved to Jasper in July. I have yet to receive an accurate production of any order I have placed including flyers ordered in color...done in black and white. I am so past frustrated as it is an hour drive to pick up printing. I either take it done wrong due to time constraints or have to wait for it to be redone. You folks have serious problems in your print shop!!! Today after 5 hours, you cant find my order!?!?!

Rude management who dont seems to respect women. He was disrespectful to me as a customer and to his employee in front of me. If they fire the manager, this location would be better.
