So, its always wierd to have a good experience in a store when everyone else says that thier time was in some way profoundly disturbing. Further, a stand-out good experience makes everyone think that its a troll that works at the location. I can assure you that Im not related to AT&T in any other way than being a customer for the past number of years. My fam has seen gradual changes in the personnel at the location from when it started directly across from Target to its current. Personally, I like the changes as the people who work there are more in tune with what is socially current instead of people dressed in slacks, ties, and skirts with blouses. They seem to know their product (they always have) and they have always listened to our needs and havent been too pushy. Theres always the company line sales that must be followed, but that goes with about any tech oriented retailer: do you want the warranty? do you want extra services? Really, I hope that people ignore this in their review because its everywhere you shop. Cell phone shopping, at least at AT&T is an involved process. It takes us time to pick phones, consider plans, and select whats best for us. It takes time, so, obviously, the person helping us isnt available to help other people. The logic is, to me, that this is evidence that they are going to expend the same amount of time with someone else - good customer service *is* about time and listening, so sometimes it may take longer than expected. Are the current (8/2015) employees a bit hipster? Well, thats hard to say. They all wore the same t-shirt, none had the "job ending" tats, all were friendly, and they seemed to work together well. They didnt have an attitude, and they let our kids play with tablets as much as they wanted. They didnt even blink when the alarm accidently went off when my girl was playing with one. They just reset it and moved on. If this is what defines "hipster," then I certainly welcome it. There are two reasons that I keep going back - its always clear what I am buying and how much its going to cost (amazing considering the permutations of cell service) and they give me undivided attention when Im there. Do I have to wait for undivided attention? Sometimes. But, patience is its own reward, and in this case it carries with it great customer service. Oh, and I really cant help a bit of snarkiness. Ive had retail positions for *years* and, really, people expect to be helped *right now* because their time is more important than everybody elses. Good customer service is attending to the needs of each person, even if it does take a while. We love the place, and will continue going back.

This store gives you a great "show" when you walk in the door, but the guy I had help me was so slick--told me everything I wanted to hear. I came to the store to switch my flip phone to an iphone. He told me he had worked in the industry for years and there were NOOOOO charges to switch the phone over...Got my phone bill and there was a $5.00 a month, plus tax charge on my bill. When I called him, he said, "oh, sorry". He offered to do nothing to fix this fee I was going to have forever!! The asst Manager of the store was absolutely no help and he backed his employee and said there was nothing he could do. The district manager of the store put me in touch with the manager. She was a little helpful, but also told me things that she later said wasnt true. If you go to this store, I highly recommend you record allllll conversations for your OWN quality control purposes!!!! AT & T just lies to their customers; what a sad shame!! This is not a way to service customers; customers rely on these associates to know their job and to advise the customers--this store DOES NOT!!! Losing another great customer:( .............................

I have only been an AT&T customer for 3 days, and its been a nightmare because of this Hamilton store and its employees, including the manager who is clueless. After receiving incorrect information regarding switching from my previous carrier, I have to go to a store for the fourth time this week. Of course I will NOT be returning to this store. My intention when switching was to save money, but no Im not even sure Ill be doing that because I was most likely given false information regarding that, too. DO NOT use this location when dealing with AT&T! Ill let you know how the company is after we all get our phones activated and I dont end up paying an arm and a leg for service. The customer service people on the phone have been great.

Very poor service at the Bridgewater Falls AT&T. I left a mesage for the manager to call me back and she didnt. So I drove down there and it just so happened she wasnt working. I left a nice handwritten message for her to call me and she didnt. While I was there a female sales person was rude to me. Id also heard her say to her co-worker, "I wish that phone would quit ringing." (They never picked up...I had to keep calling back over and over myself to get through.) Very disappointed in AT&T in general.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do not come to this store. We were here for a simple upgrade about a week ago. We waited for TWO hours before being seen, and there were only 3 customers in front of us. It took us another hour to finally get checked out. Unacceptable! The manager on site was completely useless as well- all she did was walk around the store playing on her tablet. If you need a phone upgrade, do yourself a favor and drive to Best Buy across the street.

I have been to this store several times to buy a phones, equipment, and change plans. I have always had a pleasant experience each time. I tried calling ahead to see if I need to make an appointment, and the answers where always no. I would go in, and get seen right away. I dont understand the big fuss on why people are rating this store a 1 star. Been there so many times I didnt realize that people were that upset with this location.

This store is filled with snarky hipster douche bags. They are completely worthless and have no interest in helping the customer meet their needs. The associates at this store are lazy, uneducated and flat out useless. Go to any other AT&T store, or Boost Mobile, or Nextel; Go anywhere besides this pathetic excuse of a store. P.s. My comments about the employees do not apply to Kyle. Kyle was a good dude.

I just went in to purchase a replacement USB cord for my wifes iPhone. I was also talking to a rep named Kyle about adding a line. Dude was so rude I had to walk out. The snarkiness and condescending attitude was too much for me to handle. And I sell technology for a living! The lady he was helping before also walked out without purchasing anything. He may have been even MORE rude to her. What a jerk.
