AWFUL..I switched from Verizon to Sprint to lower my bill. Which in the end didnt happen. They didnt tell me about the $10 per line access fee. Also, when trading in my Verizon phones, I was told I had to use those credits towards accessories of $180 or the phone trade credits would go away. Then when I go to get reimbursed for my Verizon early termination fees, it deducted the $180 from it(not told this would be deducted). So I pretty much bought $180 accessories for no reason.

Been to several Sprint stores in several states, this is one of if not the best. Everyone was polite and available when needed. Have to give a special mention to Brooklin, she was very patient, I tend to wander about, comparing phones, specs, numerous questions... I get a bit anal and she just went along. She went out of the way to help and ask her manager Craig with several unique issues to find the best option for my needs. Thank you Hamilton! Cant say enough good things.

Absolutely horrible. Sold my husband a broken product. Then we went back to return the product the very next morning & they said they would buy us glue to fix it ourselves. Told us they dont follow sprint rules & wouldnt honor their customer satisfaction guarantee 14 day return policy, that they informed us they had. They are the most rude people I have met with sprint. Absolutely horrible.

I found that the employees at this sprint location are very helpful. Polite, and answered all of my questions. I always try to go to this location if i need to go to a sprint store. When my phone was lost they were willing to help in any way they could. They were very helpful and patient with all of my questions.

Horrible !!!! The store manager is not helpful what so ever , had no idea what products he has and doesnt have and will sell you something just to get a sale . Not helpful what so ever . Will never go back . Wil continue goin to the Princeton road store
