Dropped off an order that I needed urgently. I stated that I needed 12 copies of the presentation that were 3 hole punched. However, I only received 3 copies. I called back and all I got was "Im sorry I must of misunderstood you." If it were one of my staff I would have tried to make it right. IE: Can you email the file? We will get done ASAP and give you a VIP discount. Where do you live? Maybe we can have it delivered. etc. These guys must have plenty of business. I will have it done tomorrow in Alabama. It would have been nice to have it for my presentation.
