The employees at this store are incompetent. They do not pack delicate items correctly, even when asked to do so (too busy flirting with boyfriend and talking on phone). On top of that, the items we shipped arrived broken because of this (no packing material placed in the bottom of the box, only on top of the items). When we called them about it, they told us to take photos of the damaged items and the packaging, which we did. (We had the box shipped to our hotel where we were traveling.) After submitting the photos and claim forms, we heard nothing. After about a month, we went by the store and were told they were trying to contact us but had the wrong phone number (a lie). They said they would call us the next day. No call. Two weeks later, I called the store again and was told that we should have kept all the packaging or should have taken photos of all 6 sides of the box, all the packing material, the bar code shipping label, and the box model number and logo on the bottom. We were not told that initially. They said it wasnt their fault that the items arrived broken. Finally the manager put the owner on the phone with me who said it was the first time he had heard about the problem and he would have to call me back the next day. All he had to do was agree that the incorrect packing was his employees fault and issue a refund for the damaged items ($100) and the issue would have been resolved. As of this writing, still no resolution.

A week or so ago a substitute driver walked out into my field to deliver a package of course as soon as I saw him I walked to meet him , he informed me he was not the regular driver and asked if there was a place to leave a package if I was not available and I told him the best place and he said he would inform the regular driver . A friend noticed some notes on a door which is obviously never used and I saw they were from ups the driver left a note instead of the package !!! I called ups and they told me to leave a note so I stuck the other notices together and wrote in heavy black ink overwriting each letter to make it clear and bold , but the driver just leaves another note less than two inches below the note and ups will not let me talk to the supervisor of the driver to inform him to leave packages in the proper place when I am not available !!! How can an issue be resolved without being able to communicate with the person who needs the information ?

the store in cartersville , ga. has no customer service . I shipped a package to south korea and was given a tracking number, but when I attempted to track , was unavailable, the store stated that package was untrackable, then why was I given a tracking number? Just go to USPS , its even cheaper , thats right , your local post office

I have had good luck with their USAA check deposit service. Its worked great but I have had a few issues with scanning the checks and the software / web page acting up. I hardly think that is the UPS stores fault. Not bad service in my experience!

Employee was nice one day but not the next, put wrong address on package even though I showed it to him on phone, package will be arriving like 4 days late due to this. Not very happy over all. Especially with package running LATE.

This UPS has their times listed wrong. Theyre not open until 5pm on saturday, but its 4pm. I got bitched out for driving down there when we thought it 5pm and the sign said 4pm. Thanks a lot UPS store!

Went on the Saturday before Thanksgiving at 1 pm and they were CLOSED. The sign said the hours are until 4pm. Someone messed up!

Awful experience. The only reason I go in is to make any deposits in my USAA account. Other than that, they suck... terribly.
