I will never do business with abc ever again. I went into the novi store to look at tvs and ended up buying a Bose surround sound unit. It was a very nice set up but it didnt end up being compatible with my tv. I returned the hole setup within 24hrs expecting my money back. They then informed me it could take "up to 2 weeks" I didnt like it but was ok with waiting on it. It has now been over 3 weeks waiting on my money with little to no help from customer service. I spoke with the regional manager and he told me he would "push it through" and he would give me a discount the next time Im in the store. That was over a week ago now. Now he wont even return a phone call!! Customer service now says they have a date the check will be mailed out to me and Ill just have to wait till then. If Im forced to wait till they mail the check it will have been a month and a half to get my money back! I have spent thousands of dollars with abc but with the way Im being treated and the store basically holding my money hostage I will never set foot in that store to spend my money ever again and thats sad! Terrible just terrible customer service.

We went in there on Black Friday (Yes, we realized they were busy). However, we were not greeted by a single associate, and we wanted to buy a new TV, a sound system, a soundbar as a gift and some headphones. We walked through a few sections, a group of employees were chit-chatting and ignored us four separate times, despite making eye-contact. We stood around in the TV section for a few minutes, and at some point I began talking loudly so perhaps the employee playing on his phone in the corner would talk to us. None of this would be an issue, if it were possible to make a purchase without a sales associate helping us. We left - on our way out two more employees (waiting to pounce on new prey at the door) just ignored us. Unfortunately, our ABC Credit line with 6 or 7k available to spend on it just isnt good enough for these people - they missed out a good and easy sale. We went to best buy instead and purchased our goods - further, were done with any ABC Warehouse, since every experience weve ever had at this location or any other weve been to has been horrendous .

We recently decided to finish our basement------ originally went to ABC Novi for just a TV and were so pleased with our experience I just had to write a review. Joe who I believe is the store manager was extremely helpful he listened to what we were looking for and didnt try to ram a more expensive product at us like some places do. He was able to find us a great deal on a Samsung 60" that has everything we were looking for. I was in the market for some couches and I didnt even know they carried furniture, I fell in love with a couch and love seat that is perfect for my man cave and it was $700 cheaper than a similar set at ArtVan!!! I dont know how they get prices so low but I love it. This is one of my favorite places to shop because they are much cheaper than any other big box store. My favorite part is they are friendly, helpful and pay attention to detail! We will be returning for our next purchases!

What started out as a good experience has turned into a great disappointment. After following the delivery procedure, it appears that they cannot control when your delivery will be made. So we have waited long past our delivery window with no word from the delivery company. They have over promised many deliveries for one day, not leaving the driver enough time to drop off at each location. The supposed "manager" at Novi store, since I cannot be sure who they turned the phone over to, not only argued with me about how its not their fault but blamed the delivery company. There was no concern from the employee of ABC Warehouse, who did not care that we had other appointments scheduled for that day. I guess as usual buyer beware when the deal is too good to be true, theres always a catch.

A Private User

I purchased a car stereo from this ABC and they offered free install. I went to have my stereo installed, they worked on it for an hour and a half and they "couldnt install it and had to charge me $50 to rewire my car." I told them I didnt have the money and walked away NOT getting my stereo installed. I finally decided to spend the money and went to the ABC on ORCHARD LAKE ROAD. They were able to "magically" install my car stereo WITHOUT re-wiring the car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOBILE ELECTRONICS TO THIS STORE. They are out to rip people off with charging for unnecessary things.

Made my first visit to ABC Warehouse today to look at big screen and projector options for my basement. Was greeted by friendly staff upfront and there were a ton of TV options in the back of the store. After talking through my setup, Wafir helped me ultimately decided upon a projector. Found an option that gave me everything I wanted, while being cost effective. I liked the consultative sales approach vs the high pressure tactics that nobody enjoys. Im loving the new projector and would go back for future purchases.

Our sales professional was very easy to work with and we feel we got a good price for our appliances. Their customer service agents, however, are a different animal entirely. I have had two (2) terrible experiences with them in the last six months. The last being today where I was hung up on while trying to ask a question about where to find my serial number. Im not saying that they are better or worse than anyone else. I just think you should go in with you eyes open.

Do not waste your time and money in this store I went to them to do my car for navigation and remote starter they make me come back 4 Time just to do it. It should be done from the first time each time they told me they will call me back and they never did car department are sucks.. I will never come back to this store after I am done with my installation :( after 2 weeks they are not done yet installed my navigation ....

bought my bed from Novi. They layed me on the diagnostic bed and found the perfect bed for me. Its been six months and I have never slept better. I especially loved the free financing for 36 months. Highly reccommend going to the Novi store. Very nice people and they give you water or coffee while youre shopping. I also got a free gift for appling for the ABC card. I will never shop anywhere else.

Cathy Kuczajda is a great sales consultant! She gave us the best deals on a new range oven and refrigerator. She was very kind and extremely helpful and worked with us. I would definitely go back to ABC Warehouse and purchase another appliance in the future through Cathy. She was great to work with! The rest of the store was also very friendly and kept nicely.
