[Time & Date of visit]: 5/10/2015 - 2pm-ish This review / rant is strictly based on the lack of service at the Customer Service center. Granted there wasnt any bit of a wait due to possibly everyone buying last minute Mothers day gifts. Before standing in line for my turn to exchange an unopened jug of motor oil, I went ahead to to the Automotive section to grab the 3M headlight restore kit. The walmart app, shows that online AND in store the price was $13.44 via the pic Ill attached. As with other walmart store locations Ive been to, there wasnt a problem for them to price match usually for the price thats online and if the store price differ, if there wasnt a line waiting. Luckily, the item had the same price. Well, the cashier that day might not have gotten the flowers she wanted for Mothers day or something and decided to take it out on us instead. I asked her politely, that the price isnt correct when she scanned the headlight restore kit from what I saw on the customer facing register screen, as it was pulling as $15 something and on the app its showing it as $13.44 for the store. She didnt even bother to even look at the OFFICIAL WALMART APP that I held up to her. With a rolling neck motion, she then stated, "The prices are different from online and the store." "I understand there are usually different prices online and the store, but this time they are the same price" I replied. With a even more stern look on her face and tone, she replied back with the same sentence, "The prices are different from online and the store." Add second neck roll. So now it seems, she doesnt really want to help me out. Ok, so I adjust my phone to full brightness, and show the listing for the item on my phone, that once again the online price and store are the exact same thing. Without missing a beat, and now adding the effect of one hand on her hip and tapping her fabulously hood extended fake nails that you wonder how she even types or uses her smartphone, on the register via multiple finger rolls. She retorts, "THE ONLINE PRICE AND THE STORE IS DIFFERENT..." Wow, you know what. Im not going to waste any more brain cells trying to get her to understand that her system for the pricing is off, just for $2. So with a smile on my face to hold back from just asking for the manager, I once again politely stated, "Ok, I understand. Thanks". Summary: Dont expect customer service at the customer service center for this Walmart location. Or at least, ask the cashier if she got anything for Mothers day. If she replied back stating nothing, get out of line with any excuse, and then try to come back to another cashier if possible if you actually have the time. Also, stick to self check out. I think from now on, Ill just have an item sent from site to store at the Neighborhood Walmart down on Old Milton, and just exchange / return my items there instead. The cashiers there are actually wiling to help.

My family and I used to attend this store and it used to be good or at least okay, but its changed so much within the past few years.. I never go there unless if I absolutely have to. I hate it!! The customer service is terrible.... They dont seem to understand the meaning of good customer service. I was overcharged for something once and kindly told someone about it and then they got an attitude about it and didnt seem to believe me. We went back to the isle where Id found the product and I pointed out the price on the tag and they just gave an apology which was very obviously not meant/heart-felt and then changed the price at the register. That was one of the higher position people working there on the floor!! Another time, I went to return a rake that broke on the very first day that I tried to use it and they gave me the hardest time about it, sending me back to the section where the rakes are twice and making me wait for way too long!! I told them to send one of their people with me to go confirm the price that was back there but they refused and insisted that it would be quicker if I just went back there myself and brought another rake forward, after Id already told them that there were no more of those rakes back there. Someone from that section of the store finally end up calling customer service to tell them to tell them the price of the item and then when I called, they said no one had called. I ended up eventually getting my money back but only after being made late to something that I had to attend that day. I hate hate hate this store!!!!

I ordered online to pick my order up the same day. Every item I picked, the website said it was available the same day. 8 hours later I arrive to pick up my order, no one was in the pick up department to greet me. After waiting 10 minutes an employee from a different department helped me. The employee scheduled to work in this department arrived in the middle of my transaction. She never acknowledged me or apologized for not being at her station. To make things worth, only 4 of my 15 items of my order were available for me. The store rep said they were out of all the other items. Walmart being out of water, band aids and medical gauze is hard to believe. At that time I called the 800# contact and canceled my whole order. But of course, the order wasnt cancelled and my card was still charged. I called back and was told that the remainder items were in process to be mailed out but to not worry, my order was cancelled. This was the 2nd Walmart that had ruined my same day pick up order, (same problem both times). This process is unorganized and the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I will never shop at Walmart again because of these experiences and their awful customer service over the phone and in store. Target has an awesome same day pick up service. They havent failed me yet!

I have lived next to this walmart for over 10- years and this store completely changed suddenly !!like .... overnight!!! These last two years my family and I have tried to avoid this particular walmart like the plague because we have a really fantastic one we can go to in the opposite direction that is the same distance from our house however there are so many places on Windward Pkwy. we must go to so it is more convenient to stop at this walmart however I will go out of my way to drive the extra distance at times even when this one is right there......Management definately changed!!! Employees all changed and the ones there now TALK SMACK loudly in front of all the customers to each other and to themselves for no reason except they are ghetto type people! and display a seriously bad attitude as well as disrespect.....some do not even look you in the eyes or greet you "at all" just as if you are not worthy to grace in their presence and should be thankful that they are even there .....I tell you what if Walmart had any sense at all they would jerk a knot in the tail of this place!!! It is generally chaotic and many times is understocked such that an item I would normally find otherwise is NOT there! This is why I give it a "0"
