When you visit this location, you are amongst good people. The employees are welcoming and willing to help. They have a great pre-order midnight launch policy. If you visit the store at 6PM (6 hours before midnight launch), they administer tickets that break visitors into launch groups. Each group has 10 members and it is first come, first-served. You can then leave the store and come back shortly before midnight with your spot reserved. Group #1 goes first, then Group #2 and so on. This is great for people who dont care to wait in line. For those of you who are fine with sticking around, they typically hand out prizes to award you for your patience and tenacity. The parking immediately in front of the store is sparse. However, this parking lot is connected to the adjacent Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart has parking in front, as well as an underground parking garage. The underground parking garage has stairs, elevators and escalators to get to the ground floor. You can then take a short walk over to this GameStop. So parking should never be an issue. All-in-all this is my GameStop of choice.

I called in advance checking for a particular item, upon which the employee told me that there were a few left. Great! I jump in my car and drive 45 minutes in rush hour traffic to get to the store ASAP. Unfortunately, upon arrival I am informed that the stock quoted to me on the phone was actually on hold and could not be sold. Oh... uh, thanks. The employee seemed a bit rude, but was likely just your normal min-wage manager-type attitude who is used to dealing with the general population and console-kid parents. He had a cool looking beard though. This experience quickly reminded me why I havent visited a physical "game store" in years. Until the stars align again, years from now, I will continue to make my electronics purchases online and continue to view GameStop as the soon-to-be-defunct Blockbuster 2.0 that it is. Thanks GameStop, for inspiring me to take a wonderful, pointless drive through Atlanta rush hour traffic in an attempt to buy an item that wasnt for sale.

i went to this store trying to buy wireless headset for my ps3. I was debating between 2 when i finally decided which one to buy i put the other one back where it belonged. when i was in line to pay one of the employees approached me and started questioning me where did i put the other headset back. when i told him i put where i put it away he said "no that wasnt it." i ignored him and just kept walking. then he went to the back office and brought a tazer and was playing with the tazer while looking at me. i felt very threatened and i also felt like he was assuming that i was going to steal the other headset. when i was telling my 2 roomataes about what happened he approached all of us and started arguing with us in the position to start fist fighting with us. i thought that was very racist and i WILL be calling my lawyer and start a lawsuit against the store i have witnesses to this and also the cameras show everything.

The main boss is super sociable and warm, very friendly and always on-task. Im on a first name basis with most of the staff and theyre humble and well-informed. Would recommend this one over Perimeter Mall any day. Parking can be crowded between 3 PM and 8 PM every weekday, but theres A TON of underground parking with a staircase leading up to the store, so thats a minor inconvenience. Just remember to lock your car in that garage. Very sketchy and dirty down there. :o
