Been shopping at this store for nearly 18 years. The current store manager is not very helpful. In fact that last two major TV purchased Ive made, he pushed me right out the door to Brandsmart. Why? When you are buying something like as costly as that in the high end Magnolia area, you expect a little wheeling and dealing. Always have whether it was at Best Buy, HiFi Buys (miss them), Brandsmart, etc. Brandsmart has been very aggressive lately at the Doraville store and managed to take my business away from Best Buy because of one simple fact. They will find a way to negotiate simple things in at no charge. HDMI cable, done. Extended warranty, done. Match online retailer price, done. Saved me nearly a thousand dollars on both combined TV purchases. The current manager at this Best Buy let those major sales walk out the door. I rarely go here anymore, was just there the other day, hes still there. I rub it in his face every time. All Ill buy here now are 4k UHD blu rays, and I make the cashier price match those to Amazon on the way out. The atmosphere of this Best Buy has turned into a bit of a flea market with returned resell items lined up all over the place on clearance. The new check-out queue area sucks really bad since the registers are habitually understaffed. Having to wait upwards of 5-10 minutes to leave is now the norm. Not sure why they redesigned this into a proven failure point (thanks Mythbusters) on check out efficiency. Best Buy has lost most of my business, and until the current manager gets his head out of his rear, I wont consider buying anything significant here again.

Never coming back to this "BEST" Buy or any "BEST" Buy for that matter, if their customer service is as bad as this one. They falsely price and advertise their products at the store. They had a sale sign on printers and when I got to the cashier they told me the price was 50 dollars more than they had on the sale sign. I can understand if youre disorganized and cant even handle putting sale signs on products correctly, but what I dont understand is the treatment that was given to us as if we were lying about what we saw. The cashier made us go back and forth multiple times as if we were seeing the pricing incorrectly. We finally took a picture of the printers along with the sale sign they had on them so they could see what we were seeing and showed it to her. Finally realizing they had set up the pricing wrong she made US look it up online and said they had incorrectly priced the item at the store. Then she even told us to take the printer back to its original spot. After all of that? Really? We felt we were misled with the pricing and rudely treated for their mistake. I dont recommend going to Best Buy at all if this is what their customer service is all about. Even tried to reach a store manager but they told me he wasnt available. "Great" experience to remember yall by.

Best Buy located in Gwinnett County GA is the absolute worse of the worse. I have purchased many items from Best Buy, however after my experience with there lack of customer service, I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM BEST BUY. I have told all of my friends, relatives and posted on facebook, twitter, and instagram the horrible customer service and experience I had with BEST BUY. They are horrible with follow up and follow through. I purchased a large ticket item and it took them OVER TWO WEEKS to deliver after stating it would be delivered within the same week of purchase. This place is a dump and certainly not worthy of another hard on dollar from me. To make matters worse the item that I purchased was not working properly and the list goes on and on... AVOID THIS DUMP OF A PLACE AS IT IS TOXIC TO SAY THE LEAST. The management in this place is a complete joke and unconcerned if they satify the customer or not... This place is the pits. Like I said I will NEVER GO BACK.

So today was my fourth time in this store over the last 1-2 months in an attempt to get an unfortunate situation taken care of. Originally I purchased a head unit, door speakers and rear speakers along with the installation package at Best Buy. Unfortunately, going on 2 months later, 2 of my speakers had yet to arrive. This can be frustrating after having returned to the store twice along with calling the 1 800 number for Best Buy and waiting over a month past when I was told they would arrive for these last speakers to come in, after I already had everything installed and paid for. My most recent visit changed my perception of this location though from somewhat negative to overall positive. Today the Assistant Manager Al took good care of me to get my account settled, my speakers signed off on and schedule my appointment to finish the last part of my installation. He was very knowledgable and helpful, overall a great asset to the team there. Thanks again.

Looked on line and found items in the Plesanthill store that we wanted. So we drove past two locations to go to this store. Got to the store and was told they did not have any wahers or dryers in stock. Asked to speak to a manager and the one employee dissapeared so my husband went to the door to ask what the hold up was when another employee got rude with my husband. Manager finally came and guess what. They had the washer and dryer after all. It was in the back and no one wanted to pull it out so they said it was not in stock. Lazy and rudest employees ever! The assistant manager IVY was the only saving grace about this store. He went to the back and pulled the Whirlpools himself. 2 hours later my husband is loading everything while 4 employees stood around watching. Dont shop here.

The absolute worst customer service service I have experienced in a while!!! Went to go pick up an Apple Watch that was ordered for me, and they treated me as if I was some kind of criminal trying to complete credit card fraud and steal an Apple Watch. John the Assistant Manager was the absolute worst. VERY humiliating and embarrassing, keep in mind my name is a signer on the credit card. Not once did he offer to reach out to Best Buy credit services to confirm the information. Instead he kept questioning me as if I was lying and trying to follow through a fraud transaction. All while customers and employees laughing at me and other customers were starring at me like I was some kind of criminal. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP AT THIS BEST BUY LOCATION!!!!

Easily the worst Best Buy Ive ever been to in Gwinnett County. I try to avoid this location in favor of the Buford or Snellville stores. This is the only Best Buy store where Ive had the following happen: * Been notified that a store pickup was ready only to arrive and find out the employee never actually grabbed the item and just marked the order ready. He never could find the item when I arrived and tried to tell me to buy something else instead. I berated him for his terrible service and having me drive out to the store and leave empty handed due to his stupidity. *Waited over a hour in the store for employees to retrieve a store pickup order after I had been notified it was ready. *Received EMPTY open boxes as new merchandise from store pickup orders.
