Absolutely awful! I first became a customer in January 2015. I was able to return the couch and loveseat with ease when I found one I was able to have for free. My boyfriend at the time had purchased/leased bedroom furniture-dresser and nightstand. He paid on it from July 2015 to November 2015. We were both told I could take over his payments when he moved out. I continued making payments, and here we are over a year later and I am still making payments. -Til now! I knew something was off because its been so long. Come to find out they restarted the "agreement" without me signing anything in my name. Making their "120 same as cash" deal restart, and losing all the money my ex had paid on it for the past 4 months-and trying to make me pay an extra 4 months (over $500 more than what I should have paid) I refuse to give them any more money. They are scamming people and taking full advantage of you!! Ive contacted their corporate office without response. Im calling my attorney and telling everyone I can about them. Do not deal with them!!!

I really like all of your employees however I love Mandy... she is always so helpful and accommadating but went above and beyond recently when I was in the hospital with pleurisy!! She treated me like a human being and not a dollar sign... way to go Mandy and thank you so much!!

Been going here 8 plus years. Amanda is our favorite. We return and trade stuff a lot. And shes very patient with us. We pay a lot of stuff off. But just want to make sure what we do pay for, We truley want. WE appreciate her more than she knows.
