I have been a customer of Brandsmart since the day it opened. I have a Stove, deep freezer, washer dryer 3 TVs and many other items I have purchased from there. I got the Samsung Gear watch from there last year. I purchased it and brought it back I believe less than a week later because it would not hold a charge. I had purchased the warranty so they just swapped the watch out. I asked if I needed to repurchase the warranty and was told no since this happened so fast . around 3 months ago I tried to return the watch again for the same reason. The manager told me to call the warranty place so I did and they told me the instore warranty is still good there is nothing they can do. I spoke with the manager who told me he will call corporate and see what he can do. He BJ or DJ I am not sure of his nickname but he called me the next day and told me that I could bring the watch in and they will give me a credit. I let him know I was out of town until Friday so I will come in on the weekend. I came in Saturday and he said to me that he had since talked to the VP of the company and there is NOTHING they can do. Made it seem like since he tried to help me and go above and beyond now there is nothing they can do... really? Then had the nerve to tell me the VP said since the watch didnt have a RECALL on it they do not have to take it back. (RECALL?? SAMSUNG HAD A RECALL ON A PHONE AND THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HEARD OF SUCH BUT NONE OF THIS HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME OR MY SITUATION SO THE FACT THAT HE EVEN USED THOSE WORDS WITH ME MADE ME FURIOUS) The manager then gave me the number for customer service and said for me to call them. Now this is where it really got interesting. I have shopping for many years and I have NEVER experience such poor customer service in my life. THey were rude, went so far as to just take my name and number and tell me a manager would call me. This happened 3 times over a 3 month period. I finally just got transferred back to the original store and was told there is nothing they can do AGAIN. I fell in love with this store and my family and I shop there for everything, this will no longer be the case. I wont say I wont buy from there but I will never buy anything that needs a warranty on it there because clearly once you pay for it they toss you around like a roach not caring about customer service. I would expect to have at least received a call from someone but that did not happen either. I can not believe it has been over 4 months and I still have this broken watch. This compay is way to big to have such a small RUDE, NON CARING, INCONSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. as I look at the reviews posted by others I guess I am not the only one who paid for a warranty and was treated like crap when an issue comes up with the product. this is very sad!!

Pésimo no respetan las pólizas de cambio, compre un dvd portátil y cuando fui a cambiarlo me dijeron que no me lo cambiarían por que ya habían pasado 5 días para poder regresarlo, le expliqué al hombre que no quería regresalo que quería cambiarlo por uno igual por que la batería no duraba el tiempo que decía y me dijo de muy mal modo que no entiendes que ya son más de 5 días a lo que conteste que el en recibo dice que si es por defecto tienes 30 días para un cambio por el mismo producto, que me explicará por que decía eso en el recibo y me dijo no te lo voy a cambiar hable con varias personas que trabajan en la tienda y me dijeron que mi producto debía ser cambiado porque estaba dentro de la poliza de cambio ya que apenas tenia 2 semanas de averlo comprado pero que el no quería cambiarmelo y que el era el mánager del servicio al cliente que ellos no podían hacer nada aunque yo estaba en lo correcto, esto me paso en la tienda de Doraville ga, el tipo se portó muy grosero y luego me dijo que yo le daba diferentes historias lo cual es falso por que no hablo el 100 de inglés pero bien que me entendió lo que le dije de que no servía la batería pero el necio que ya no podía regresarlo, cuando en realidad quería un cambio NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTÁ TIENDA

I have made several purchases at this Brandsmart but felt compelled to write about a very negative recent experience. It was the classic bait and switch. I was told by a Brandsmart associate to purchase certain items on Saturday 12/31 so that sales associate cold then guarantee he could get me the other two items i needed at a special sales price on 01/01 (i was told the exact price the items would be 01/01). I was told I had to buy part of my items the day before the BIG SALE so that the same Brandsmart Sales associate could then "tag and hold" the other two items with my name before the store opened 01/01. I was told there would be a line of people on 01/01 and the only way I could get the "good stuff" was if this sales associate tagged my items before the store opened and the only way that could happen is if a purchased part of the items the day before (that way the sales manager would allow the sales associate to preselect items from the 01/01 sale). Guess what 01/01 I call the sales associate today as instructed and he says he can not do what he promised and that I am out of luck. Classic bait and switch. I called the appliance department manager to explain the situation and look for a positive resolution and he said I must have misunderstood the sales associate and I should get in line with the people 01/01. The sales manager went on to say there was only ONE for the news paper ad price in the store that was actually available to buy. Buyer beware they will say anything to make a sale and then not stand behind it and when customer service issues are brought to the attention of management they think you the customer made the error. I will be writing a letter to the store manager as well as they should be made aware of the negative experiences they customers are having.

This location is difficult to access despite being right of of a major interstate road. My two star rating is due to human incompetence in inventory control. I want to this location to pick up one of two remaining portable dvd players. The item is listed as in Stock on there website. I called the location to confirm inventory and was told it was present in the store because it was listed in there computer. When I arrive it takes me twenty minutes to receive any help. I asked two store reps were could I locate the item they just pointed to area full of speakers and regular dvds players and said to inquire there. Mind you "there" is a huge open area with customers. I finally locate someone, I give him my online print out and he sets out to retrieve the item which is still listed as being in stock. After 15 minutes he returns and says that it cannot be located on the floor or in the back stock room. And perhaps I should purchase another. I just chose to leave. The reason I went to this store was because the item I wanted was priced lower and if I wanted the higher price item I could just purchase it from amazon or walmart. The item is listed as inhouse yet no one know where it maybe. I hope they change the in Stock listing on there website. I am disappointed Idrove over 18 miles to the location and this is my first and last time dealing with this company. The only good thing was it has a huge park lot which was very empty of customers for mid afternoon saturday. But I believe it was because after all the disgruntled customers inside and lack of assistance from the staff that is probably the reason for so few people patronizing the store.
