Would love to give ZERO stars, Chastity is ridiculous. I paid off a PS4 in February 2016. Picked out a sectional. Less than 1/2 hour after delivery, we found bed bugs on it. They came and sprayed it, called an exterminator, theirs of course, who didnt come out for another 10 days. In the meantime I was told by the regional manager not to worry about payments until treatment was complete. Treatment never completed. Exterminator never showed up for final treatment, continued to see bugs, RAC came got the furniture on non-payment. I ended up having to have my apartment treated for bed bugs because of THEIR furniture and now they wont rent anything else to me? Really? I should be billing them!

Its true. We rented a mattress and bed frame from this rent a center. It had bed bugs. It was returned a couple weeks later after confirming the bedbugs came from the bed. Do not buy furniture from this location!

Really nice people at this location. Best location as far as costumer service I have been to. They have fairly good deals.
