We are so impressed with the installation and with the two techs who worked on our job - Charles and Josh. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Not only that but they took a rather messy-looking first installation by another company (lots of wires, etc.) and cleaned it up. They showed a high degree of professionalism. We are very pleased with the RETRO_FIT plasma install over our stone fireplace. First class all the way. We highly recommend Callaway Security & Sound.
