Do not shop here!!!! My family and I have lived in Alpharetta for the past 2 months and have always used this walmart for our groceries, spending an average of $250 a week. Today I had the most awful experiance with an extremely unpleasant employee while buying my weekly groceries which included beer. I have NEVER had any issue with someone questioning my ID as I am 25 years old. This snotty associate removed the beer from my cart and told me she would not sell it at her "discretion". I was so dumbfounded, and will NEVER shop this location again after her snotty disrespect. No apology, no manager. I went 4 minutes down the road and bought the beer with my same id. Unbelievably rude customer service. Maybe someone should re-evaluate her ability to make wise choices with her so called "discretion" because she was so incredibly out of line. Never again!!!!

Their prepared food area is so rude!!! I asked for some buffalo chicken and if possible to be dropped a new batch. The lady behind the counter told me it will take a full hour to cook more. I then asked for popcorn chicken since I didnt want to wait. She have me the rudest look and laugh at me, as if I was asking for her to do a backflip. I decided to cook at home and not have to deal with her again.

This Walmart is the most ridiculous Walmart Ive been too! The management here is a joke they put things on clearance you get the the checkout they have to go check the price they come back and say they are not on clearance when clearly there is five or six things over there that are the same!!! This Walmart I came to nearly everyday but I guess since they changed management it is ten times worse.

Never enough check out lanes open. Was in line with 8 people in front of me, 1 lane open and 24 closed checkout lines. I was told by an associate that the manager bonuses are tied to payroll hours, so they cut hours. Have called 3 times today to check on an order. Cant get anyone to answer. Enough. Target from now on.

I like this walmart location better than others near by, one reason being this location is not that busy and there is always staff around in store to help customers. if you check local stores on Thanksgiving sale, skip other walmarts locations and visit this place. Not very crowded on thanksgiving day.

I will literaly "go out of my way" to go to this Walmart because the employees are "professional" behaving (not talking smack to each other out loud for everyone to hear!!! and begruding to even serve the customers) They are friendly and helpful! The store is clean and well kept and it is pleasant.

Their customer service is terrible, I called 3 separate times in one day to have 2 items looked up to see if they was in stock. Both times they kept me on hold for like 20+ minutes and never came back to the phone to say anything. I ended up hanging up. I am just too though.

The women worker working at the self check out Was rude to my wife and claimed she had a fake I.D. Because were from Charlotte NC. Clearly our license plate proved it. Regardless shes really rude and caused a dramatic scene with the situation. Bad experience

Worked 4 months here, refused to sweep back room... Fired on the Spot. If you wonder why this store is so understaffed, just look at the way they treat loyal employees. Gave no warnings, no write ups, no coaches. Just straight terminated me.

One of the nicest Walmart Ive ever been! Everything is in its place and the floors and shelves are clean. Employees could use a little work but thats typical Walmart attitude I suppose. All in all Im happy this is our local Walmart now :)

I love this Walmart!!!! Ive only really had a problem with customer service once, but all in all the service it great!! Theyre always pretty friendly and helpful. Wouldnt go to any other Walmart unless if I absolutely had to! :)

Always clean, friendly staff, well-stocked shelves...even in the afternoon! and go visit Regina in the hair salon...I was nervous about getting my hair cut in a Walmart but she did a great job and was very quick about it.

Its Walmart... but this is one of the nicer ones around. Relatively clean, shelves well-stocked and organized, and plenty of self-checkout lanes when you just need to run in for a few things and get out quickly.

Not very well manned front checkout. One register manned and basically forced to use self checkout. Not a good place for disabled persons. I shop in the evening when its quieter. I will not shop here anymore.

Very well maintained. Different exterior than any other walmarts in the area and definitely less crowded and with good stock. I would prefer going here than the crowded windward parkway walmart.

Big store, not too crowded. Cashiers need to pay more attention to open more checkout lanes. Usually only a few open and it gets backed up. Ongoing problem. People want to get in and get out.

Always super busy, the flipped the layout inside compared to the other Walmarts in the area. I prefer Miltons Walmart but when I go here I find what I need and the staff is helpful.

Place is great and has a good variety of things. However, the pickup station is super slow, if you can even find anyone there and not be chasing employees to help you.
