I purchased Rayman: Origins at this store today. The game was priced at 19.99, and I thought this was a good deal. When I got to the counter they said it was priced wrong and actually 29.99. They made no offer to have integrity and sell it to me for the marked 19.99, and so I checked the internet and saw that 29.99 was still ok for the new game. The clerk said they were out of used copies. I purchased the game, and when I got home found it was in one of their generic cases with no book or anything. The game itself has a few smudges and a scratch. The game works fine, but gamestop is missing something very important: Integrity. I highly recommend purchasing your used games off of the internet or craigslist rather that gamestop. Walmart or Target would be a better choice for new games.

Say what you want about Game Stops business model, but Ive always been a fan of trading and buying used games. Try taking your used games back to Wal-Mart or Best Buy for a credit - not gonna happen. The Griffin store has some good staff, and has for years. Even as the faces have changed, they are ready to help. Ive been coming for years and have no reason to stop now.

They missed the ups delivery for no valid reason, I have been waiting for 3 days for a package that I already paid for because it was shipped late and the delivery was missed.Lazy employees. Or needs a change in management. Badly.

Asked about the price of a collectors edition. Was told it was over 100 but never got an answer. Shame because wet knew it would be over 100 just wanted the exact price before we made a final decision about buying it.

I have been visiting this Gamestop since i moved to georgia, i have visited many gamestops over the years, none compare to this one! the staff is great, its like any other gamestop, but the Staff makes the experience!

I called to ask a question and was put on hold for 20 minutes just for them to hang up on me. I called back and they did it again! Terrible customer service.

Not the nicest GameStop I have been to but they were able to help my wife find a PC copy of fallout 4 and were friendly to her while she was deciding.

Sales clerk was rude today and questioned my choice to purchase a new game rather than a used one. Otherwise the store is well stocked.
