Everyone who works there is nice except for Chris well at least even he was nice when he delivered my items. He seemed to become frustrated because my payment was late (they do charge a late fee if youre late) and I could not answer the phone at the time he was calling. (My phone was broken) when I did talk to him he was very rude and persistent that if I was not going to pay them ON time that he would repossess the items that I rented and he also wanted an explanation as to why. It reminded me of a police interrogation it was horrible. And did not want to take my money. I do NOT recommend this rent a center to anyone who has things come up or cant answer the phone at all times, because Chris will get you!! I will be relinquishing the items I have and taking my business elsewhere. Thumbs down for service..

The customer service is horrible and rude. They left me nasty messages and when I called to let them know my equipment was broken they didnt come out for 2/3 weeks but still expected me to pay and talked to me like a child when I questioned why I still had to pay for something that was broken. I got so fed up that even after spending hundreds of dollars I let them take back their equipment because I felt like I was being robber.
