Apparently they have no repair service in or around the London ky area. And my upright freezer didnt last near as long as it should have. Its about 6 years old and Ive been having problems with it for the last 3 years and after calling the service # I was informed they have no repair people in this area. So I took it to the Maytag repair shop and spent $165.00 replacing the control panel and it still doesnt work. I will never purchase anything Kenmore again.
