On my first trip there I arrived at 9:45 pm and asked for help with 4 parts. The sales person was obviously in a hurry and gave me 4 wrong parts that I had to exchange the next day. On my most recent trip I bought a pack of trim in a 5 pack and when I told them I only needed 2 pieces, they said I could return the extra pieces. I just tried and they told me I could not return the trim because they could not restock it. it was three pieces of onion cut trim that were 12 feet long and cost me $68.75. they asked me the name of the person who said I could return it and I told them I wasnt aware I needed to know the names of every employee I bought items from in any other stores and did not think I needed to learn the names of their sales staff either. Apparently they believe I should? never shopping Home Depot again. cutting my credit card. It wasnt even cut. 68 dollars and 75 cents wasted. Done with home depot.

Today I went to the paint department to get some old paint shaken up as I wanted to do some touch up work on my walls. When I returned to the paint department desk ( without asking) the male and female associates were so helpful in giving advice about rollers, brushes and techniques to use to get a great finish. I regularly visit the Buford store because my experience there has always been positive. Even though it is a big box store the associates always go beyond the call of duty and interact with their customers to make sure that they are supported.

This bad review is purely reflecting the truck rental employee, I believe his name is Bill, who gave my truck away bc I was 5 min late getting there due to traffic. I called the store twice to confirm I needed a truck and that I was on my way. I got there just in time to see him hand the keys to someone else. He was rude and very poorly handled the situation. He should have gotten my number and called me before giving away my truck. This screwed up my entire day and I will never use this Home Depot again.

Master Plumber Doing a remodel on one of my houses. Showed picture of what I was trying to accomplish. Goes and grabs a “P” trap and says this is what you need. Wrong. When I went to return the items he gave me a bunch of static over an $8.00 part saying that it had been cut. Duh! This guy a part time employee wears his title like a badge of honor. What I really think he uses his title for is to push more product out the door. Rude and arrogant. Watch out for this one!

The tool section is fine. The garden section: they rarely have discounts on their plants. I thought having no sales/clearance was an entire Home Depot thing until I visited other Home Depot and they had sales! Not as much selection on variety of plants compared to other home depots. Sometimes their selection of succulents are very poor and unkept (leaves fallen off and very etiolated, dull colors) yet still full price haha. Hopefully they change this...

Visited another Home Depot a bit before closing and found that their saw was out of order. Rushed to this store but was caught in 30 min of construction traffic. I called the store. Brandon graciously offered to keep the store open for me. We pulled up 15 minutes after the store closed, and he was waiting at the door for me. Everyone that assisted us yesterday evening was awesome.

Not sure how you can wander through the isles of Home Depot for a full hour without a single associate asking if you need help, but thats what happened. Sure I could have asked, but I wasnt really in a hurry. Just strange how a business can make you feel unwanted on a visit.

The store is okay, but I find it upsetting that almost all the registers are "self-checkout" as that shows how many jobs are taken away from people who need the work. It makes me question my loyalty as their customer.

Great Staff Very Helpful A women in her 60s (Im guessing) loaded my shopping cart with 16 stepping stones, pushed them to my car and loaded them for me. Now, Thats service!!

They dont have any of the dishwasher in the back. There should be a sign on the floor - we dont carry anything you see here; you must order it online.
