We purchased a side-by-side great price, until we found out they were not honest. They have in there warranty, that ice makers are not covered. We saved up for a long time & was excited to save some money & time & we could finally own a side-by-side with water & ice maker dispenser. Got it home got it plugged in & ready to go....Hmmm the light doesnt work in the freezer. Put in a new one, it worked. for 2 sec. & blew out. noticed no lights or anything worked for Ice maker, water dispenser. Called them checked all they said to check, nothing worked. They were closing so i said i will work on it to see if i can figure out the problem. With in an hour i kept smelling something burning, like wire burning smell. I touched the control panel and all the lights flickered then , now a big smell of burning wires... Unplugged it right away... Called them the next day. No problem we will refund your money. Mind you we did all the work taking it home 7 back to avoid a fee for them to move it. Get there my husband lost his balance & carefully let the frig. go on it back. Told him to wait i will get help. Now we are getting scolded that the frigs. are not to be laid down it voids the warranty. I over heard the girl tell the worker to check it out & see if the customer can be at blame. REALLY... My home could have been burnt down & lives were at risk. They took out the computer board for the ice/water dispenser. It was what was smoking. Yep we got stuck with it... No they did not give our money back....Not a honest company...

UPDATE: another Refrigerator that worked a month and just stopped and also the tech that i called for an hour after i got it no showed 2 times now and i never got a call back and i no most of the workers as i went to school with them, and they all no i have 3 boys and im preggo with #4 and #2 is special needs. i aint got time and money to waste on this. Suggest saving your money and getting new. I bought a stove and fridge so far ive had 3 techs come out to fix the fridge and its still broke waiting on a call back because they aid they are going to switch it out! If they actually get me a working fridge ill up my starts because the staff is wonderful but this BROKEN fridge has ruined over 200 in groceries.

I went to CRC in order to purchase a double door fridge the place was hidden in a rather questionable area. My first impression however was wow this place is nice and clean, but upon closer looking it was filthy rat trails and the like. While we where looking a gentelmen came in to return a washer that he had fixed but was never actually broken it was his water pipes in the house that had broke. They lied outright to him and said the boss was not in and he needed to wait, this was followed by a heated argument. While this was going on the salesman we where talking to vanished into thin air turns out he was the owner. Needless to say we didnt buy and wont return.

What a horrible company! The technician came out to my house BEFORE my scheduled appointment time. When no one was home (due to the fact that my appoinment was not at that time) he left and never came at the planned time. There was no note left nor any call made to me. When no one came at my scheduled time, I called the office and was told it was my fault and I should have been home before the appoinment time. The office was rude and unprofessional. At one point they hung up on me, requiring me to call them again. Do not use this company! If Sears offers to send them for your repair, decline. It is not worth the headache.

Sold me a reasonably priced washer and dryer set, but they were both broken. I couldnt even get one load of laundry done without having to call and have someone come out to repair the set. washer didnt cycle all the way through so I had to wring out my clothes by hand, timer on the dryer was broken and it ran for 7 hours while I was at work. Had repair people over multiple times before they worked correctly. Amazing that a repair shop would sell faulty appliances repeatedly. But I suppose you get what you pay for.

Wouldnt recommend this company to fix anything! Had to set 3 different appointments to try to get them back to put in a part. They confirmed the appointment with me, was late showing up. When I call and reached someone and I complained about having an appointment, he said I was a pain in his A-- and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, rude and not dependable. Would never use them to fix anything and will tell all of my friends and family not to call them. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I would give them NO stars if it were possible. They were at my house for literally 15 minutes. They charged me $118.00 for a part that retails for $18.10. Total bill was $192.00. When I called the manager he told me I would have to take it up with the tech who would not get on the phone or call me back. They have the cheapest service call, but more than make up for it with the final bill! Wish I would have looked at their reviews first. I would not have called them.

Needed a gas dryer asap. Went there, shopped around in the store. Saw several I was interested in. Their prices are quite high for used appliances that are scratched, dented, etc. Made several offers that I considered quite fair, most theyd come down on any of them was $5.00. Bought a dryer because I needed it, and they didnt even offer to help load it on my truck. Theyll not get another dime from me. Maybe they dont care.

Bought a magic chef stove for 127$ in total and even straight up asked "does it work" and got replied with yes it all works. So I get home and the oven doesnt work. All 4 burners do, and they send out a repair man and he didnt have the part. Second didnt have the right part because the first guy was a idiot. And now Im waiting on the third guy who didnt show up yesterday. Go somewhere else. Their business is a joke.

Went in today everything was clean and nice the sales lady Sharron was very nice and helpful. we picked out a washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher and they gave us a discount and free delivery for later this week. While I was there I saw a customer come in with an issue and received a cash refund no problem and all my appliances had at least 30 day warranty. I was very happy with the service I received!

utter and complete garbage never again will i ever buy from these crook.... they sold my wife a leaky fridge and broken stove fridge leaked so bad from behind it i am now replacing subfloor...had a 45 day warranty then they told my wife that we would have to pay to have our stuff fixed these people are crooks from the word go .......never buy from them
