I purchased a washer from this company on a Friday, it was delivered on a Monday. The first load of clothes washed, the washer stopped working. That was within the first 15 minutes after being delivered. I called them back, well they was suppose to call me back. I called back, she (Brittany) said that he was out on another service call. I never received a callback that day. I called back on Tuesday, I spoke to the male owner, he said that he would be out on Wednesday morning. No show... When I called him Wed afternoon, He was very rude and had the nerve to call me rude after I told him how he was not being professional. Long story short... Do not use them for any type of service.

Called this company to schedule a warranty repair on an appliance. They did not show for two separate appointments (while I had to be home and available during a 4-hour window on two separate days). No one called to reschedule either time; I had to call them back. When I called after the second missed appointment, the owner (Brittany Davenport) stated she had no record of any appointments ever being made even though I scheduled all of the appointments directly with her. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional and rude. There are other authorized GE and Frigidaire repair companies. I suggest you use another company.

called (friday)this company to schedule a warranty repair on an appliance- The owner (Britany) make a schedule for the next day business - nobody called me back nobody showed up.(this was saturday) on monday I called again - make short this story - she didnt have my information that I gave on friday and she sad - the technician is on the way this was 9:15 in the morning nobody showed up again. nobody called again- today tuesday I already called twice and they said the technician is coming- I just called to my Pre-legal and they are going to call to the cia. - I do suggest you use another company!

Bought a fridge from Brittany, but when I got it home, the fridge part didnt get as cold as it should. I called Appliances "R" Us, and asked her if she could do anything for me. She told me I could bring it back and swap it out for the bigger, better fridge for no additional charge. I knew I wasnt going to be able to get there before she closed, so she told me shed stay until I got there. She not only stayed over an hour past close, but she also helped me load it into the truck! The new fridge is up and running, and running as cold as it needs to!

Poor is an understated star quality for this company.. I scheduled an appointment with this company through a warrantee program on a Monday, and the lady that took my information told me that a guy would be out on Thursday at 3:30. So I took off work to be at home and the guy never showed I called a half a dozen times with no answer and here it is a week later and still have not seen or heard from this company...I highly suggest you use someone else!!

I would like to let everyone that needs their appliance repaired that this company is a very good company. I called the number that appeared on my washing machine and they made an appointment for me. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous he knew about the product and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone that needed their appliances repaired.
