Highly disappointed in the customer service. Was asked to leave a phone number for the person I was having balloons sent to. I was told that the delivery wouldnt happen if they didnt establish contact. The person that was receiving the gift was told by the delivery driver to "be there in 15 minutes or I cant make the delivery". This wasnt possible as this person was about 30 miles away (and had to cancel their plans to have a delivery made). When youre offering a service to a customer, I dont find it appropriate to demand anything of them. I understand calling to make sure theyre present, but please dont make demands because its convenient for you. Also, the delivery was set on the side of the house (as requested by the recipient since they couldnt be there). Unfortunately this delivery may or may not have occurred because the $45 balloon/candy/stuffed animal gift was never seen again. What a bummer for a 7 year olds birthday. Will not use again as there are several other options in the Castle Rock area.

I hired Castle Rock Florist to do the flowers and arrangements for my wedding in June. I had 55 painted wine bottles we were using as center pieces and Denise was totally excited about them and very helpful with deciding what to put in them and didnt seem put out at having bunches of boxes of wine bottles filling her shop for a week. :) All of the flowers turned out beautifully, especially my bouquet, it was like she plucked the image I had in my head right out and created exactly what I had in mind. The only issue we faced was when we were passing out the corsages and boutonnieres some of them were mislabeled as grandmother so we had to shuffle a couple around so as to try and not hurt any feelings but other than that everything was beautiful and looked great and everyone was very happy with how all the flowers looked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any sort of flowers on any scale, small to large.

I visited the shop recently to order flowers for my sister who had recently moved to the area. Ive been sending her flowers for 30 years for Thanksgiving and needed to find a Colorado florist to replace the one Id been using in Missouri. I send her flowers three or four times a year and wanted a place I could rely on. I had a list of the flowers that I wanted to use that I previously selected from the stock on hand of a helpful Boulder florist. One of them wouldnt work in the arrangement, two of them might not be available and a fourth was questionable for some reason. I asked if they sourced flowers from the same wholesalers that Boulder used and the answer was yes. When I asked about substitutions I was told to go look in the cooler. Clearly they dont need anymore business. So choose someone else.

Personally Im not sure what the other reviewer found so offensive she had to write two seperate bad reviews about the same thing... I order my flowers strictly through Castle Rock Florist. Their people are friendly and knowledgable, their designs are stunning, and the very rare occasion Ive ever had a problem they jump through hoops to make sure Im happy. Just a hint: Let the ladies do what they do best and ask them to make something just for you, dont order something specifically out of a picture and not allow for variation. These ladies make stunningly unique and creative pieces when you let them!

Castle Rock Florist did a wonderful job on my wedding arrangements and bouquets! They charged about half the price of other shops we checked out. Everything was exactly the way I wanted as I was going for a very non traditional theme. I just gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and showed her some of the vases and the arrangements she came up with were gorgeous. I would not hesitate to send anyone her way.

I have gone here for many years and been very satisfied. They seemed to have grown and the customer service has declined. It took absolutely forever to make my order and they had to do it as 2 charges since I was sending flowers to 2 people. They couldnt get my credit card to work, although it worked before and after at other places. The flowers were delivered a day late for both orders.

SUPER nice people! I havent received the arrangement yet (for a memorial) but Im sure itll be gorgeous. She even told me she would leave it "next door" for me since I wasnt able to pick it up before they closed. Very caring about my situation! I am 100% for supporting our local business people, and I have found yet another to do just that. And yes.....a gorgeous, peaceful shop!

Just wanted to thank you for being such a compassionate company. When the Castle View HS prom was canceled due to snow you stated not to worry and you would replace fresh flowers for when the prom was rescheduled. I have done business with you in the past and I must say that your flowers are always beautiful!!!

Denise and her staff are amazing!! All of our arrangements for our reception were exceptional. I gave them just a few guidelines and then let them use their creativity and expertise to make our day special. They exceeded my expectations and met my budget needs. What a super professional and personal experience!!

Ordered some flowers for my wife. They called me and said they knocked on the door but no one answered so they would try tommorow. I asked "can you bring them over now?". They said "no", they would bring them by tommorow. They never showed. Its now 3 days later and Im asking for my money back.

The owner of this shop is wonderful-- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and hard working- a total pro. The shop is beautiful and well-stocked with lovely flowers, gifts and arrangements. I highly recommend it!

Good place - would recommend. Got flowers delivered a few days before valentines, and while the price was pretty steep (almost $100) the arrangement was very good. Roses lasted almost a week.

TERRIBLE!!! I wouldnt refer this business to my worst enemy. Their over priced, you can buy at King Soopers or Walmart for pennies what they charge for the same quality.
