Do NOT shop here if you have a funeral - our friend went in to get flowers for her young sons casket, and the staff was NOT helpful at all. She did not know where to go and so she just stopped in. She had to stand with other customers (no place for privacy) and when she asked for a ribbon that said "son" - they didnt have it....why have it shown as a product if you dont have it. When they were asked for a Monday delivery, they didnt say "ok" but asked if the other staff if the Monday orders were already full. WHAT?!?! Out of all things, a funeral is something you make happen - its not a wedding thats been planned for a while. AND if you cant do it - tell them you cant. This heartbroken mom had to go through something that no mom should go through. I am telling my friends to not shop here if they need help that need compassion!

No more openings for valentines day you think since its the busiest time of year you would be able staff for growth. I am a regular customer and have spent a lot of money at your business i am now considering going with a different company since you have to many customers and cant take care of them all.

I had flowers delivered to an event that I couldnt attend. They produced a beautiful bouquet that exceeded my expectations. Its nice to know that you can trust to have an arrangement delivered and not have to check up to make sure its what you ordered. Great customer service!

Went in looking for roses for my girlfriend, sadly I had went in right after many graduations, so the bundles were sold out! That didnt stop these amazing people from helping me pick out different flowers for my girlfriend! Amazing customer service!
