I received several flower bouquets throughout the day due to surgery. The florists who delivered the bouquets earlier that day called the phone number the sender provided to advise of their attempted delivery as I could not answer the door. As I requested on the phone, they kindly left the flowers at the door. They were extremely courteous and understanding. SECURITY FLORISTS services were NOT nearly as professional. The delivery person BANGED on the door as if something was wrong, on fire, or I was in danger. He continued to use his fist to bang on the door as hard as he could. As soon as I could get my caretaker to leave my care and answer the door, the delivery person had left a note stating that the bouquet was being left at a neighbors house and that they tried calling the house and no one answered (no one from SECURITY FLORISTS ever called). You would think that a GET WELL card would indicate to the delivery person that the recipient was "not well" and may need some time to get to the door or find someone else to accept the delivery (the other florists had no problem with this). Not to mention, stating on the DELIVERY NOTICE that a phone call was made to notify the recipient of the delivery, when no phone call was ever made, and the phone number on the card was accurate, demonstrates laziness and disrespect for the customer. This was inappropriate, untrue, and extremely inconvenient for both me and my caretaker. Since the flowers were left with a neighbor we hadnt even met before, we felt our privacy was violated. None of this was necessary and caused me undue stress. I would NEVER recommend SECURITY FLORISTS - flowers were pretty, service was discourteous and unprofessional.

My husband ordered the Sweetheart Bouquet through FTD for my Valentines gift. On the website it is a stunning full bouquet. What was delivered to me was 4 roses, 4 carnations, a bunch of babies breath and green filler haphazardly thrown into a vase, there was no form. And obviously no time, effort or integrity. After being shocked at the bouquet that was delivered, I searched online for a picture of what my husband ordered and, lets just say it was not a match. I called Security Florist the company who threw together and delivered the bouquet. I told them my concerns and when asked what I would like to do; I said return the flowers and get a refund. I was told to return the flowers which I did. I set the flowers down they took them to the back AND THEN informed me they can not give me my money back because its through a third party! What the what? Perhaps that should have been mentioned first before I drove over there. Bottom line: terrible customer service, no integrity and crooks. So if you want a florist with no integrity, terrible customer service and will swindle you than you have found the perfect match.

Im not one to write many reviews but I thought I should warn everyone before they spend there hard earned money on some flowers. I ordered the Teleflora Sunny Smiles for my wife on Valentines day cause she likes Lillies and yellow. Well I am in Afghanistan on deployment. I ordered theses a week in advance and the pics she sent me of the flowers was DISGUSTING! The flowers nowhere neared the pic even slightly! Not only that they looked like they were tossed around and smashed in the back of a car all day before they got to her. I understand that it was Valentines day but OMG! I wish i could post the pic...If i was the delivery driver i would have been ashamed to deliver them...

Terrible florist. Poor selection, and what flowers they do have look like they are half dead. $25 for a bouquet that had all of 6 flowers, and 4 days later they are all dead. Do NOT go here!
