An absolutely outstanding place to shop for your next vehicle-- I will be bringing my family here for the foreseeable future and I would recommend you to do the same. Just want to say thanks to Jason, Jay, and sales manager Jeff in particular who were very personable, professional, and really just a pleasure to deal with. One thing to note; Im working with Jason one of the sales specialists when Jeff comes over and wants to meet me because I had a military ID and he too had a lengthy service record--- we end up talking for what seemed like 30 minutes EXCLUSIVELY over what we did in the armed forces and "the good old days"- It was quite fun to reminisce and share our experiences on things like firing M203s or other explosives on the range-things most people cant relate too!! Jason (my original salesman) is sitting on the edge of his desk listening patiently; his boss is sitting here showing me pictures of him shooting an M240B Machine gun on his phone while we blurt out our favorite parts of it etc... I found this an incredibly thoughtful personal touch-- the show STOPPED until we were both blue in the face over talking about every piece of hardware we made go boom and every cool thing we saw. Only once we were satisfied with that did we continue with brass tacks and made a deal--- Thats how you keep a personal touch in your business and make people feel like they are human beings that you APPRECIATE coming in. Long story short; you would be doing a disservice to yourself by not considering Fayetteville Dodge in your next vehicle purchase!

I will never go back! I set an appointment for service on my 2012 vehicle earlier this week. I called yesterday to give the code I was getting on my vehicle which I was told they wouldnt need. Since the forecast was snowy and I live 20 miles away I also wanted to verify that I would be able to rent a vehicle that would handle the snow. I asked if there were 4x4 rentals. I was told there werent but they had Darts, Caravans and Journeys (which he said was all wheel drive - whether it actually is I dont know). He didnt know if one would be available or not. I wanted to verifiy that the rental would have good tires and he assured me that they all did. I told him I would not rent the Dart. He said they would offer one of the other two options. Then I went to drop my vehicle off for service tonight and was told by Denny in service that he never told me they rented all wheel drive vehicles. What reason would I have to lie? If I am cautious about driving in the snow, I either want to be assured that I can rent a vehicle to handle it or schedule on a date there is no snow in the forecast. I will not do business with dishonest people. I will take my business elsewhere which likely includes a new vehicle this year! Thanks for wasting my time, Denny and Fayetteville Dodge!

I was in the market to buy a brand new 2013 Dodge Ram pick-up truck and after researching local dealerships, I visited Fayetteville Dodge first. When I pulled into the dealership, I was promptly greeted by sales specialist, Joe Yagan. Unlike other dealerships with other sales specialists, Joe was very friendly, professional, and honest. He expressed great interest in what I was looking for, offered to find my perfect vehicle that fit my needs, and he wasnt pushy. Since I was just browsing, I left the dealership and visited two more dealerships just to see which one had the best service, selection, and offers. Needless to say, Joe at Fayetteville Dodge was the best I had consulted with so I went back and told him what I wanted for a truck. He delivered as promised and gave me a fair deal. I would highly recomend Joe Yagan at Fayetteville Dodge because of his expert knowledge of the vehicles he sells, his honesty, commitment, and professionalism. One of the best experiences I have had. My only complaint, not due to Joe by no means, was the fact that I was a little disappointed when I picked up my new truck and noticed that while the outside of the vehicle was clean and detailed, the inside was not detailed very well. It was still dirty,dusty, and appeared untouched.

April 2013 Bob was very very friendly and helpful. He helped us find exactly what we wanted at a good price. He made sure the van completely checked over, detailed and ready for me to pick up when I wanted it. I would recommend Bob to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy a vehicle of any kind, new or used. As a follow up to the above review I want to add. On 07/I9/13 discovered that I had left the 2nd CD of a 2 disk set in the CD player of the 2001 Nissan that I traded in I traded on 4/27/13. I called Mr. Saltzman to see if it had been found, he said that the car had been sent to auction and that it was doubtful that anyone would have even checked the CD player before it was sent. I thanked him for his time and figured at I was just out of luck. About 10 minutes latter Mr. Saltzman called me back, he had did some checking around and found that one of the service people had found it and put it in the lost and found. I am so impressed that he took the time to look for it and to call me back when he could just as well have done nothing and I would have never known the difference. That is true customer service!

Thee BEST experience I have ever had with a service garage. Personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, timely... Im sure my list of positive adjectives could go on and on. My fiancé and I bought Dodges from another dealership and have came here a handful of times for diagnosis and repairs. Every single time they have been wonderful. Id love to have had purchased our cars here but theres always next time. A Saturday my vehicle became disabled (power steering failure, ABS failure). I had to tow it to this dealership. Unfortunately, they were closed by the time I got there but 5 hours after opening Monday (closed Sunday of course) they were already calling me telling me they fit my car in and itll be ready in a hour. Fixing the main problem AND the recall for it that I actually had an appointment for on the following Thursday. So now I dont need to go back. I had to ask over and over "its done?". It was a random drop off, I know appointments take priority, so I expected days. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

I really enjoyed my car shopping experience at Fayetteville Dodge. While I was there Justin OConnor helped me throughout the shopping process. I thought Justin was very friendly, informative and an all around exceptional person. Shopping for a car can be a difficult and tiring ordeal, but Justin was very receptive to questions and more than willing to hear me out. I never once felt pressured by him or anyone else at Fayetteville Dodge to purchase a vehicle and for that I am very grateful. When I showed up that day I didnt expect to buy a car, but everything seemed to click. From the car, to the price, to the people working with me all of it seemed to fall into place. I would definitely recommend both this dealership and Justin to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. When I need a new car at some point down the road I will most certainly head back.
