Ive been to many dealers and service stations to have repair work completed on my 2001 VW. Ulrich has been the best by far. The guys are friendly, they do great work, with fast turnaround, and the prices are very reasonable. I never feel like Im being scammed at Ulrich. In the past I have had some horrible experiences at other places - having to take my car in 2 or 3 times for the same problem because it doesnt get fixed, really high charges from dealers, car not being put back together correctly, etc.. Ive been to Ulrichs twice so far for timing belt and other work, and the work has been completed fast, well, and at a good price. I definitely feel good getting service work done here.

Ive been taking my cars to Ulrichs for about 2 years now when its something more than I can handle on my own. The guys there are very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Ive never felt ripped off. The prices are always very reasonable. They also stock a lot of new and used OEM parts for the do it yourself mechanic such as myself. I tell everyone I know with a VW to go here. I wouldnt let anybody BUT Ulrichs touch my cars.
