I bought my first car from Dependable Auto in 2011. Pat was my sales man. I was so pleased with my experience, he let me take the car to my dads garage and inspect it before I made the purchase and they fixed anything we said it needed prior to the sale. My 2010 Chevy Impala I bought was a sturdy and very dependable car. It lived up to their name. Pat made me feel comfortable and being only a 22 year old young lady at the time, I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. They are laid back there and not pushy at all! After 5 years with my Impala I have decided it is time to trade her in. My fiance has purchased 2 vehicles from them and Steve took good care of him. I have returned to Pat and am purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I asked him to put new brakes and tires on it before I buy it and he said no problem! They gave me a more than reasonable price on my trade in and Helped me get financing even with my damaged credit. To top it all off I told him I couldnt get out there to make the trade due to my busy schedule at my own family business and so Pat offered to bring the car to me and make the swap and sign the papers. I have purchased three cars here, wife has purchased two, all three sons have purchased multiple cars here, In-Laws have purchased cars here - this is one terrific place to get straight-arrow and honest dealings. They know you by name, they do care about the customer, and they stand behind their sales 110% or more. Cannot say enough good things about these folks. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants dependable and honest dealings. The "Big Boys" elsewhere are too big to worry about something so small and insignificant as a customer - Dependable knows how to treat the customer and how to keep him coming back. And coming back again. I hope they stay in business forever. They are that good.

My car was totaled and I needed a car asap with little funds. I purchased a 2004 sonata with 48k for under $5k. just a few days latter I blew out the donut and they fixed it at no charge and gave me a free oil change. I have had my car for over a year and have had no trouble with beyond regular maintenance. When I am ready for a new car, I will definitely be making another another trip there. I was treated with respect and never felt like I was being robbed like I have felt at other car lots.

Been dealing with salesman Todd here at dependable.. still not 100% sure weather Im buying something or not.. but this gentlemen is awesome to deal with.. Has done everything to work around my schedule.. Bought 2010 Ford Fusion on 7-5-13 with less than 40,000 miles. Before the second payment was due the rear breaks and rotors had to be replaced. Six days after the second payment the car wouldnt move and needed the throttle body replaced. First off how did this car pass the inspection if the brakes were that bad. This car 95% driven on highways and barely driven in the city. This is just not acceptable and should not be happening.

awful place to buy a car from. bought a car from here recently and it has been back 7 times in the month Ive owned it. they do not fix anything they make up excuses and if they do fix it they rig it together. not even a month after I bought it the tire pressure sensors died and they wouldnt replace them. I didnt even own it a month. buyer beware this is the kind of dealer to stay away from.
