I bought a 2006 mustang GT from Countryside. Junior and staff were very helpful (to say the least) after a very stressful day of dealing with title issues and registration issues on my trade-in. We finally got everything taken care of. I was rather flustered (to put it lightly) at all the problems I had getting my trade-in worked out - even when I lost my cool from the stress, they were extremely helpful and did everything to get the deal worked out. My car came with a Certified Plus warranty for a minor repair needed on the struts. Everything else in this vehicle runs pristine. They fully detailed it (professionally) inside and out - even the engine bay was detailed. It looks factory-new. Big dealerships are great if you enjoy pushy salesman, sales tactics, the famous "Ill go have to ask the manager" line, and arrogance. Countryside Auto is where you want to go if you want an actual, enjoyable car buying experience. The owner, Junior, is a great guy and will do everything to make sure youre satisfied. For a smaller dealership they have some very nice vehicles on their lot. Joe and Juniors wife navigated through the insane paperwork, which was perhaps the most difficult example of a trade-in a dealership could deal with. I didnt even negotiate on the price of the GT - it was already under KBB value by a fair $1,500, not including the factory red leather upgrade and pristine condition of the body. Not to my knowledge, my trade was involved in a collision (repaired and drove just fine), but they still gave me a fair trade-in value, too.

Great people to work with! bought a Lifted Jeep Wrangler about a year ago, soon after having it I noticed Coolant was Disappearing. Told them it was the Head gasket however when they were taking a look at it the shop said they found the leak and fixed it. Said they pressurized the coolant system and said it was ok. took it back a few weeks later for same issue. this time they said it was the head gasket. they fixed it no issues and the jeep has been fine ever since, didnt have to pay a dime nor did they use the extended warranty I got with it ($100 + Tax) deductible. it was all on their Dime. I only had to replace a few things that is normal wear and tear of a 10 year old vehicle. Would buy another Vehicle from them.

Searching for a quality, pre-owned car, I visited over 15 local dealerships after scouring online listings. Mostly, I found disappointment with cars that failed in person to live up to their online hype. Not so with Countryside Auto Center. The Subaru I was interested in not only had low mileage but looked fantastic on the lot. My mechanic performed a thorough inspection and gave me the green light, saying “I can’t find anything wrong.” Countryside made buying a used car easy. I drove from Harrisburg PA to look at a Jeep Patriot. I am in Sales so I was nervous going to any car dealer and get the run around. These people do NOT give you the run around. They work with you and get you the best offer possible. I told them my plan on purchasing a car and they did everything exactly how I wanted things to go. I worked with Joe and he worked around my schedule. He came in on his off hours just to satisfy me. The drive was worth it. I will be refering people to this car dealership. Very impressed.

...on a car value conversation they said that tires with less than 5k miles on them would all need replaced! Anybody that knows how to wear tread wear bars could tell that. So 2 choices: 1) they are totally incompetent 2) they are cheats which do you prefer?
