Have been a customer for over 10 years, and my in-laws close to 20. When the management changed a year ago or so, customer service has completely changed. Bought a pair of earrings, and my wife was not pleased with the size. I returned and ordered another pair, and was credited 50% of what I paid, despite started return policy of a 15% restock fee. The ordered pair ended up not the color my wife was wanting, and again they tried to give only 50% of my original cost. In my last conversation with the owner, her was extremely rude and let me know he didnt care if he lost my business over this issue.

Took a gasket off my watch now my wactch is ruined. Shop would not even send in my watch to the manufacturer or attempt to fix the watch. I am taking this case to the BBB. Chris is untrustworthy.
