Went in to talk about wedding ring upgrade for my wife and store manager Rocky was tremendous help. We ended up doing a custom jewelry piece through the store and its personal jewelry designer using my existing solitaire in a new setting. Saved us thousands and were able to keep the stone that started it all for my wife and I. Thanks Rocky for the help and knowledge.

This has to be the most knowledgeable and friendliest staff in Plano. I was just shopping for a ring. I didnt take into consideration that my jewelry may need to have maintenance. I feel like I am now a more educated buyer when it comes to buying and keeping my investment as new as the day I bought it. Thank you Collin creek staff.

I am still waiting on my ring. I have checked the tracking number and it wa delivered three days ago. I called two days ago and they said hey still havent received my ring. A ring which took two weeks to order. I started this process the second week in May. I am very frustrated and will not do business with zales every again.

I cant believe...this people open the store right at 12 pm and the competition right across opens at 12 pm as well, but they open the doors like 10 minutes before and take advantage of customers who are waiting outside....MANAGEMENT
