Yesterday we went in to have my engagement ring repaired. The center stone was coming loose and it is set in a tension setting, which some jewelers claim cannot be repaired. I immediately stopped wearing my ring as soon as I knew it was loose, so the ring was not in critical condition by any means, but when we took it in, they immediately took it back, and repaired it within 20 minutes. They also cleaned and re-rhodiumed it. They did all of this free of charge, and while it probably wasnt a huge repair to them, it meant the world to us that I was able to start wearing my ring again without having to pay mega amounts of money to have it fixed. Some other really impressive points about this store: 1) Gloria was working the counters, and she was lovely, never condescending like I see in so many jewelers 2) We brought our two small children in with us, 4 and 1, and even though my kids were very well behaved they still could have treated us poorly for taking small kids into a fine jewelry store. There was nothing of the sort, and I didnt feel at all like they viewed our kids as a nuisance. 3) As we waited for the ring to be repaired, we looked at the different jewelry and Gloria was extremely helpful in helping us understand some differences in pearls and the qualities to look for; she was not at all rude or arrogant in her knowledge, and our lack thereof. She helped us to understand and we didnt feel like she looked down on us for having to ask questions. 4) The store was very pretty and clean, with wonderful lighting. There was so much jewelry that was unique and had the look of truly being specially designed; it was a far cry from any of the chain stores out there. I was extremely impressed. I will absolutely be going back, and in addition recommending them to my friends.

Im not sure what happened with Dude and Storm (not their real names, Im assuming). I had the complete opposite of their experience. Maybe they were having a bad day or something... If you were, Im sorry! :) I didnt see these reviews before I went to Pampillonia, because I was recommended to them by a friend of mine. I couldnt have had a better experience. The people I dealt with were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and very nice! Im not an expert on jewelry, so I cant really comment on their prices. However, I can tell you that it was the best money Ive ever spent! I was incredibly happy with the value of the ring I bought my wife. Also, their customer service is the best Ive ever had, and I know theyll be there if I ever need help with it in the future. I highly recommend them. Ill definitely be back!

I am in love with this jeweler! I have been to several fine stores in the DFW area over the years, but never have I felt so welcome and so much a part of the family! The Pampillonia family took the time to get to know me, asking me about my favorite designs, and ended up creating, with my husband, the most amazing anniversary ring that took my breath away! I have already recommended Pampillonia Jewelers to my family and friends and will continue to do so. In their industry, they are competitively priced, offer amazing products, and will treat you with extraordinary care! Well worth a trip!

I cant say enough good things about the Pampillonia Jewelers. Anthony made my experience quite easy and was very patient with me. He went out of his way to accomodate my needs, even meeting me to accomodate my work schedule. There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this vendor.

The jewelry is beautiful but the salesgirl, Tara is too hungry for the sale. She must be on commission. Tried to make me feel bad that I wasnt going to buy platinum for my boyfriend. If you go into this store try to get a different sales person. Dont get Tara! The guy is much more accommadating.

If you are dealing with Dino Pampillonia do not trust him, as he organised with me to send some jewellery from Australia for him to sell for me and when Fedex wanted to deliver he refused to accept it, and I had to get it sent back to Australia. MOST UNRELIABLE store I have ever dealt with.

Best experience and quality of work. They do a very high level of custom jewelry so dont go there for great "deals." If you want exceptional quality and craftsmanship, then look no further. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond.
