I see why this place has great reviews. My mother was visiting us from New Orleans and woke up with massive swelling in her finger and could not remove her ring. We tried EVERYTHING including the dental floss trick. This caused a great deal of stress (not to mention pain to my mother) because we had several plans that day that were almost thwarted because I thought I was gonna have to bring mom to the E.R, and spend a bunch of time and money. I called two other jewelry repair places that said they dont cut rings off. I found these guys and not only did Tanner cut it off in seconds, but he did it for free! My mom was so appreciative that she actually wanted to give him the ring to repair, along with other pieces. But Tanner was honest enough to tell her she should wait until she got back home and have someone do it there after giving her finger a chance to go back to normal. Im a business owner myself so I know the value of putting profit over people. Because if I know of anyone needing jewelry or jewelry repair, myself included, Im sending them here.

Vefi is a rock star! I was on the market for a pearl necklace but the moment he brought out a pair of diamond studs I was in love and forgot all about the pearls. I told Vefi my budget and not only did he come down in price to match it, but I was also able to get a diamond pendant in addition to the earrings. He custom made the pendant to match my grandmothers ring and I have been getting a ton of compliments on it! Cannot wait to go back to Vefi for more pretty shiny things!!!

Tanner, the owner, is kind and personable. I went in to have my wifes wedding ring fixed and cleaned and service was prompt, and they tightened and cleaned the ring for free.

cant beat them for jewelry repair or watch battery replacement. fast fix charges 5 times more to fix a watch battery, but this guy will do it on the spot
